Throwback Thursday: Kicking Yourself In The Head 👣😬
It's a record that's inspired a lot of competition over the years but in 2014 Puskar Nepal achieved a frantic 134 kicks to his own head in one minute in Kathmandu, Nepal. His achievement has yet to be beaten.
Determined to break the previous record of 127, achieved by Joel Leindecker (USA), Puskar developed a technique of alternating kicks using both feet and bending his body which required a flexibility and speed, practicing daily for eight months leading up to the attempt. "I want to prove that people from a small and poor country like Nepal can also do anything. I want to be inspiration of the people of my country. People are really amazing - they make the impossible things into possible." _________________________________
