Super easy and quick healthy treats!! 🍪🍫 I mixed together almond butter, chocolate collagen protein powder, cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon & cashew milk and made into cookies, flattened and made a thumbprint and then added almond butter to the middle with a drizzle of dark chocolate and then let set in freezer for a little bit. 😋

FRESH FRUIT POPSICLES 🍓
〰️First things first, chop up your favorite fruit
〰️Combine 1/2 cup each: fresh squeezed lime juice, lemon juice, and orange juice to a pitcher of water
〰️Next, I chopped some fresh mint and took turns putting mango, strawberries, oranges, apples, and pineapple into a popsicle tray 〰️Top it off with your water mixture. 〰️Freeze until solid
〰️Remember, you can use whichever fruits you prefer, that’s the best part about them!

4 scoops @f_factor 20/20 vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup @navitasorganics chia seeds

📌La avena, además de rica, es muy útil para nuestras preparaciones. Digo útil porque nos sirve para aportar nutrientes a nuestro organismo. .
📌Con la avena le das a tu cuerpo vitaminas del grupo B, fibra, hidratos de carbono complejos y proteínas. •
👩🏼🍳Te cambio la receta por un like: .
✔️1 y 1/2 taza de harina de avena (la mueles en procesadora).✔️2 huevos. ✔️1 taza de leche. ✔️2 cucharadas de aceite de coco (@aceitesnapus). ✔️1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear. ✔️1 cucharada de cacao sin azúcar. ✔️1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla.✔️5 sobrecitos de stevia. ✔️Pizca de sal para realzar sabor. ✔️Dulce de leche sin azúcar (@steviatrini) y nueces caramelizadas para decorar.
1️⃣Integrar los ingredientes líquidos y luego agregar los sólidos de a poco. 2️⃣Colocar en moldes pequeños (rociado con aceite). 3️⃣Cocinar en horno a 180' por unos 25 minutos.

It has lots of vitamins, fiber, complex carbohydrates and proteins! 👩🏼🍳Here is the recipe: ✔️1 and 1/2 cup of ground oats.✔️2 eggs.✔️2 tbs of coconut oil.✔️1 cup of milk. ✔️1 tbs of cocoa powder. ✔️Pinch of salt. ✔️1 tsp baking powder. ✔️1 tsp of vanilla extract. ✔️5 packs of stevia. ✔️Dulce de leche/caramel and caramelizases nuts to decorate.
Procedure: 1️⃣ Mix the liquid ingredients and then add the solids. 2️⃣Place in small molds (better with silicone ones). 3️⃣Bake in oven at 350' for about 25 minutes.
