DONE WITH UNDERGRAD!! I’m gonna celebrate with watching the season two of the Handmaid’s Tale on Hulu !!! This roasted beet and carrot arugula salad took me LESS THAN 5 MINUTES like I am not exaggerating! What I did —-> cut up my roasted carrots and beets and added to a bowl with arugula. Then added lemon juice, olive oil, salt, honey, and balsamic and black truffle glaze and tossed. Put in a bowl and topped with goat cheese, more honey, and more truffle glaze!! So amazing and light!!

My little running buddy! She’s so cute when we run together - she stays right by my side, and when she stops to sniff something out, all I have to do is call ‘Bella’ and she comes sprinting back to me! Dogs are the best friend you will ever have - they never judge you, they support you in every decision you make, and when you really can’t be bothered to put your trainers on and leave the house they are right there by the door with a waggy tail excited eyes and you can’t help but smile!! Just as I’m writing this she’s rolling in something gross in the grass and probably going to stink the car out on the way home 😂 #backtoreality

Here’s a little bit of the circuit training from today’s workout! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Keep everything as a super set with reps in the 10-18 range with a 1-2min rest at the end of each round! I finished it all off with a nice mile run to help your body wind down.

This is my routine! (Timing is adjustable to fit your schedule for sure)
I have my Pre-Workout Meal
along with my multivitamins (Core Complete). They have all the vitamins and minerals my body needs, including probiotics and enzymes.
Then 90 min later I take my pre- workout energy drink, V3 (all natural, no Sucralose, with natural electrolytes for hydration). I wait 30 min before I do my challenging workout and I feel so much energy and I can push through. During my work out I take VSlim and it’s so refreshing, hydrating and a metabolism booster.(bonus)
15 min after my workout I drink my protein shake. A couple hours later I can have my lunch. -
I have been feeling full of energy and great after and during my workouts! No cravings and making great nutrition choices. - If your body is craving something it’s very likely because you are lacking something. tofu marinate attempt: tonight I am making a vegan and nonvegan (normal?) version of the same dish, post coming later. So, right now, I am marinating some tofu in coconut milk, garlic, and red pepper flakes. 🤓 How long do you like go let tofu marinate before using it?

Sundried Tomato Basil Dressing 🍅
4-5 sundried tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 10-12 basil leaves, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 2-4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp braggs sprinkle seasoning, handful of walnuts, chili flakes to taste—mix well in blender/food processor until smooth. 👩🏼🍳⠀⠀⠀
I’m a taste-as-I-go kind of lady in the kitchen so that’s why the measurements are not so exact and—ultimately, I believe it’s up to you to decide what tickles your taste buds. 😋
