Spicy Grilled Salmon 🌶🔥 Spicy, Garlicky, Asian Style Salmon Marinade. SO good on the grill! 
1 lb salmon filet
3 Tbsp soy sauce 
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp orange juice 
1 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce 
2 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp crushed garlic
Score salmon lightly through the skin on the back, spaced about 1 inch apart (let’s the marinade through the skin and keeps the skin from buckling.) place the salmon in a large ziploc bag and add all other ingredients. Seal and shake to mix ingredients. Refrigerate for at least an hour, then cook as usual. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy milk
1 medium sized ripe banana
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
1/4 tsp sea salt (@freshfellowph)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup quick cook oats
1/4 cup chocolate chips 
Instructions:
💡Put the ingredients in the blender following the order listed above. Wet before dry 😊
Combine everything in a blender or food processor. Blend or pulse until just to incorporate the ingredients. Do not overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips. Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken. Medium heat nonstick pan, pour a heaping tablespoon of the batter. You can adjust the heat of the pan to low. Wait til edges are almost done about 5 min. .

THM has taught me sooooo much about nutrition and health in the past 2 years, I am forever thankful for the knowledge I have learned. 
But, after a switch in my birth control to manage my PCOS, causing me to gain back a crazy amount of weight in 7 months, AND a recently found thyroid issue - it's time for a new season in my life.
After a ton of research, I've decided to move into the world of Keto. I'm really looking forward to the healing it offers, and after my first five days, I've seen some pretty positive results (down 5 pounds already! 🎉).
I'm not planning Keto forever - but definitely for my long term future until I can heal my PCOS, my thyroid, and reach my weight goals. I will probably head back to THM for maintenance and overall health in the future - but for now, I'm diving head first into the world of Keto!

Believe me it's very much a labor of love to look that way. Where is the rule that says you have to be worn out and obliterated by child birth, lol!

There was a time when I was that way. I was worn, sick, and tired. I dug myself out of that whole and I've been climbing ever since. Working out from home and feeding my body what it needs to function properly have been key. Now I help empower other women to do the same thing💕

I know so many women who are feeling the way I felt. Who are tired and worn out. Who have believed the lie that this is how it's supposed to be. But you are so much more than what they think you should be! You just have to believe it yourself and go for it! Face to face Friday! 164lbs down, is still like to lose another 5, but not sweating maintenance either. It’s nice to enjoy myself at times and know I can get right back to it and control myself. I never had that balance before, one day could lead to weeks on end of self destructive eating. Anyway, life is so much more now. Cheers to the weekend! Had a smoothie with all the fixings before a workout to start off my weekend! 💃

This smoothie had:
1 1/2 handfuls of frozen mango chunks
1 banana🍌
6 ice cubes
1 whole small avocado 🥑
1 scoop Vega Vanilla and Greens Protein Powder 
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides 
and a small bit of almond milk, I add it in after all the ingredients and only fill it up a tiny bit (swipe to see where I usually fill it to in my blender)
Blend and enjoy!!!

Dandelion greens are amazing for their nutrient-packed goodness and liver/kidney cleansing properties, but it is tough to get folks hooked on their bitterness. That’s not a problem with this wilted salad. The blueberries add sweetness, the pine nuts lend richness and crunch to the bitter dandelion greens, and the honey brings it all together. It’s easy, nutritious, and is the perfect antidote for our little overindulgences!

I use to make these years ago, weight watchers all bran brownies 😋

Soak 3 cups of all bran original (not the flakes) with 3 cups of hot water.. add 1.5 tsp baking powder, one box/bag of brownie mix and chocolate chips on top (of course ☝️🙊)

They are filling..helps the chocolate cravings.. easy to grab when I’m HANGRY during late night feedings 😬

You may not have seen us much on old insta lately (you may have enjoyed it 😂) but just wanted to update you all on what’s been going on.... first of all I dropped my camera and couldn’t get it fixed for months, so there for couldn’t get any good photos! 😂😂 but seriously.... our business has just very recently gone through some very big changes. I’ve been struggling to keep up with all the demands of a growing business and trying to fit in being a Mum 🤷‍♀️ so there fore some things had to give..... I have recently had to stop taking orders for private cakes because we have been at full capacity and I don’t want to let anybody down. Trying to answer all emails has become a challenge as we have been full on in the kitchen 👩‍🍳 and hey there just isn’t enough hours in the day! So I’m sorry to the people I have let down lately, I hope you can understand the business is going through some great and large growth at this stage.... before no time we will be back on top of it and able to take all of your cake orders big or small 👊 please still contact us if you are in need of a “standard” cake, we will always try our best and who knows that week might work in well! .
