🚫Healthy doesn't mean lower calorie.. and low calories doesn't mean healthy!
We can be eating 'low calorie', but pretty unhealthy foods.... or all healthy foods but these could all be very high in calories!
Whether you have low/high calorie and healthy/not healthy, it is our own preference at the end of the day..

I found this pic yesterday. I can't believe it's been 2 years! Yes, 2 years ago I had my fourth child. People always say I don't look like I have 4 kids. Believe me it's very much a labor of love to look that way. Where is the rule that says you have to be worn out and obliterated by child birth, lol!
There was a time when I was that way. I was worn, sick, and tired. I dug myself out of that whole and I've been climbing ever since. Working out from home and feeding my body what it needs to function properly have been key. Now I help empower other women to do the same thing💕

Cheers to the weekend! Had a smoothie with all the fixings before a workout to start off my weekend! 💃
This smoothie had:
1 1/2 handfuls of frozen mango chunks
6 ice cubes
1 whole small avocado 🥑
1 scoop Vega Vanilla and Greens Protein Powder
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
and a small bit of almond milk, I add it in after all the ingredients and only fill it up a tiny bit (swipe to see where I usually fill it to in my blender)
Blend and enjoy!!!

I use extra virgin olive oil in all of my baked goods, including these banana muffins. Because those who know, use Moro 😉
Fun Fact - Extra Virgin olive oil has a smoke point ranging from 120°C–210°C, making it a great oil to cook with. It’s also a natural oil and not refined or extracted using chemicals or heat. This means it’s high in natural antioxidants and healthy fats, also making it a great oil to drizzle over salads!
Anyone else love breakfast as much as I do? 🙋♂️ Won’t pretend French toast is the healthiest but it is DELICIOUS. Here are quick tips to make it a more well-rounded meal:
💡 Use Whole Grain Bread for added fiber and almond milk to cut some calories. Opt for real maple syrup or honey instead of artificial syrups. Round it out with some fruits, healthy fats and protein, like strawberries, almonds and eggs.

I use to make these years ago, weight watchers all bran brownies 😋
Soak 3 cups of all bran original (not the flakes) with 3 cups of hot water.. add 1.5 tsp baking powder, one box/bag of brownie mix and chocolate chips on top (of course ☝️🙊)
They are filling..helps the chocolate cravings.. easy to grab when I’m HANGRY during late night feedings 😬

You may not have seen us much on old insta lately (you may have enjoyed it 😂) but just wanted to update you all on what’s been going on.... first of all I dropped my camera and couldn’t get it fixed for months, so there for couldn’t get any good photos! 😂😂 but seriously.... our business has just very recently gone through some very big changes. I’ve been struggling to keep up with all the demands of a growing business and trying to fit in being a Mum 🤷♀️ so there fore some things had to give..... I have recently had to stop taking orders for private cakes because we have been at full capacity and I don’t want to let anybody down. Trying to answer all emails has become a challenge as we have been full on in the kitchen 👩🍳 and hey there just isn’t enough hours in the day! So I’m sorry to the people I have let down lately, I hope you can understand the business is going through some great and large growth at this stage.... before no time we will be back on top of it and able to take all of your cake orders big or small 👊 please still contact us if you are in need of a “standard” cake, we will always try our best and who knows that week might work in well! .
