Chicken kabobs for dinner! I marinated some chicken breasts in lemon juice, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder. There's also mushrooms, peppers, and onions on the skewers. Clayton grilled it all for me. I also made a side of tahini yogurt sauce, which is just tahini, yogurt, cumin, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, water, and salt. The chicken was extremely juicy! Took only 15 mins to make. I made sure to make extra for my lunch tomorrow.

2-3 small ice cubes
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 serving collagen
1/2 tsp ashwaganda (optional)
1/2-1 tsp turmeric

I’m making ghee, because it’s amazing! It’s clarified butter. This means that by cooking it properly you can remove all the milk proteins and be left with a rush nutty fat that is typically safe for most with dairy sensitivities. We go through it like there is no tomorrow! Dip our veggies in it, bake our sweet potatoes in it, add it to coffee, spread it on anything baked and sometimes even just eat a scoop. Yep, ghee, it does a body good! #ghee

#WeatherDinner is chicken pad thai. I cooked diced chicken, peppers, broccoli and chopped brussels in a pan with coconut oil. Then I added @explorecuisine organize brown rice noodles to the pan. Then I sprinkled plenty of @betterbodyfoods @pbfit.official on top and mixed it all together 🤗

After a crazy week, Im trying to get some routine back in my life (and diet). I experimented with a buffalo chickpea salad tonight for dinner🔥 You just throw all the ingredients into the food processor and POOF! Deliciousness😊

*1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
*1/4 cup buffalo sauce
*1T vegan mayo
*1tsp yellow mustard
*1/2 chopped yellow onion
*Black pepper and garlic powder to taste
**Blend for a few seconds in the food processor (you still want it to be chunky, not hummus consistency)—serve as a sandwich, wrap, on crackers, whatever!

Refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and soooooo tasty 😋 .

2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour 
1/2 tsp cream of tartar 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
2 eggs 
1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat) 
1/4 cup coconut oil
Fresh rhubarb

Combine dry ingredients. Combine coconut milk and eggs beat til frothy or airy. Fold in dry ingredients. Pour into a well greased loaf pan or tart pan. Slice rhubarb thin and lay on top or pour half the batter and layer rhubarb then cover with the rest of the batter and add a few rhubarb slices on top. .
Bake at 350 for 50-60 or until golden brown 🤗🤤

Grass fed Ghee (1 tsp)
Spring Onion
Chestnut mushrooms
4 Free Range Organic Eggs

1. Preheat pan to medium. Add 1/2 the Ghee and then sliced mushrooms
2. Sauté until soft aprx 3 Mins, whilst waiting get a bowl add eggs & whisk.
3. Remove mushrooms + add remaining Ghee. Add eggs and cook on a low to medium cooked until just set or till preference.
4. Prepare the avocado & finely chop spring onion
5. Remove pan from heat + add the Avo and spring onion, season to taste.
6. Eating off the pan saves Washing up

There’s lots of omega fats depending on the number - some are better than others, omega 3 being the most beneficial to humans. Seafood is the best source of these fats with a great ratio of omega3:6 that is well absorbed. Some plants also contain omega 3 but at a much lower quantity and the ratio of 3:6 is not as beneficial. Aim for 2-3 serves of oily fish each week like mackerel, salmon, tuna or trout to ensure you’re getting your weekly dose of these vital fats!

With my lack of motivation unfortunately the scale did show what happens when you start eating all the processed food again but since joining the gym I have found my new obsession! I forgot how much I love that burn and that satisfaction of finishing a workout, but most importantly is how I feel afterwards, my mind is clearer, im happier and i think more about what I put into my body. I suffered with bad post natal depression after having my 3rd baby and struggled for a long time, I wish I had started exercising sooner because it really does make a huge difference to your mental health. Now to re lose those kilos and see how this new gym obsession will help tighten up all those wobbly bits 😂 •

It may be the start of summer, but this soup should stay in the menu! I could eat soups all year round so we still do a lot of them even in the hot weather. I’m sure that’s a crazy thought for some of you 🤷🏻‍♀️! But soups are a full meal in its entirety and so easy to re-heat leftovers. This soup has less heat and spices then a traditional chili. But the addition of navy beans and sweet potatoes make it nice and filling. The flavors marry perfectly 👌🏻! This can easily be made #paleo by leaving out the beans or easily made #gapsdiet by leaving out the sweet potatoes. But as I have learned this past year, it’s not about sticking to a label “diet”, it’s about finding what works for your bio-individual body. And of course just eating wholesome real food! ——
