Tip Tuesday: What should I buy at the supermarket? This is a question that all my clients ask- and I understand why. Going grocery shopping is time consuming, complicated and if you don't make smart decisions at the supermarket, eating right will be more difficult and require more willpower.  When you head off to do the groceries next, here are my top tips for choosing the right food. 1. Never, ever, ever go to the supermarket when you're hungry. You will feel bolder in your food choices, and potentially stock up on highly processed foods. 2.  Only go down specific aisles like the veggie aisle, then you won't be tempted to buy the unhealthy food.  3. Go with a list and only buy from the list.  If you struggle reading food packaging, and navigating healthy & not healthy foods, make sure you grab a seat at my next workshop all about choosing the right foods for you, how stress affects your digestive health & much more.

Le secret pour cuisiner les meilleurs falafels reviens à deux éléments principaux: 1) utiliser des pois chiches secs que l’on fait tremper toute la nuit et que ne cuit pas (oui oui, c’est bien ça!!! Ne vous inquiétez pas vous ne vous casserez pas une dent!! 😬) et 2) ajouter suffisamment de bonnes herbes fraîches (persil frisé et coriandre pour ma part) pour que le mélange soit d’un beau vert une fois broyé au robot🌿. I can't get over how easy yet tasty these PB & Dark Chocolate Energy Bites are 😍 I made them to help with my afternoon cravings at work, and I have to admit they do the trick! 
Recipe: Makes 35 (I use the epicure perfect petites silicone tray, but cutting by hand is totally fine!) Ingredients: - 2 cups popped quinoa
- 1/3 cup chia seeds -1 tbsp hemp hearts - 1 cup nut butter ( I used organic chunky PB) - 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 16 squares bakers premium dark chocolate - Himalayan Rock Salt (to taste!) 1. Add quinoa, Chia Seeds, hemp hearts and 1 tsp of rock salts in a large bowl. Mix and set aside.

2. Melt peanut butter via double boiler. Once melted, add maple syrup and combine. Add mixture to seed mixture and mix well. 
3. Fill your Perfect Portions mold 3/4 way full, or spread the mixture onto a cookie pan, 1 inch thick. Place in fridge to cool. 
4. Going back to the double boiler, add chocolate and melt down. 
5. Spread chocolate over seed mixture, and sprinkle a little more rock salt on top.

6. Cool in fridge for at least an hour. Cut and enjoy! I store them pre cut and in my freezer 🤗

My homemade “Mac and cheese” lol. This is actually 100% dairy free! I got the recipe for the sauce from @ohsheglows Everyday cookbook! The sauce is made with carrots and potatoes and nutritional yeast. Thomas was skeptical, but in the end he liked it!

This one from @lepainquotidien is delisssssssh, but its even easier and healthier to make one at home! 
Here’s what I use: -1 cup Fage 2% plain greek yogurt -1/4 cup Trader Joes Just the Clusters Vanilla Almond Granola cereal
-1 cup fresh berries, mango, coconut, etc. .............
🤔 Staying Mindful: Keep the granola use low, and if you’re craving more sweetness, bulk up on the fresh fruits rather than buying sweetened yogurt!
