Hab das Gefühl mein Körper verbrennt immer noch die Tour nach 🤔😅 Verbrauch lag am Wochenende über beide Tage bei > 11'000 kcal davon gegessen hab ich wohl nicht mal die Hälfte 😁 heute ging's nach längerem mal wieder zum Take Away 😉😎 Bärlauchspätzle mit Red Thai Curry 😍😍 wie üblich selbst zusammengestellt 😅😅 Schönen Nachmittag @ all 🤗🤗😁😁.

Made my day getting this in the post. Needed to reorder turmeric tablets from @rahvastore as I’d run out whilst in hospital and had to wait for pay day. Hotel buffet breakfasts...a nightmare for this gluten free gal. Wheat based cereals no good, mild cows milk intolerance so yogurt is out, no fruit left, pastries a no. So I was assured this was all gluten free, but I chickened out of eating the chicken sausage and the hash brown at the last minute! The apple juice was great however! 😂

I love Mondays, don’t know why but it’s probably one of my favourite days of the week. I love how I feel on a Monday - full of enthusiasm and energy to make the most of the working week. If I had spent some time planning out my week on Sunday, come Monday I am ready to charge. Weird? 🤔

I have found the perfect consistency to be 200mls milk to 3 tbsp of seeds.
This is rice milk and chia (refrigerated overnight) topped with bananas, mixed berry smoothie, almonds and tahini, super nutritious and delicious 💕

Yesterday I did my first half marathon! It was super sunny and there were times where I definitely wanted to stop and give up. I managed to finish in 1:58:03. So pleased to just nip under my goal of 2 hours and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do that without my wonderful @willthompson10 running along besides me 😊. My next one is the Winchester half in September 🏃🏻♀️. Lots to learn from this experience for next time 💪🏼
It has been a while since I’ve been on here and tbh once my fight was over I probably took a bit too long of a hiatus from this page... BUT I’m back and now I have time to focus on weight lifting again which I love. Still training for that half marathon! 🏃🏻♀️
