All I did for this meal, seasoned my ground turkey with Tuscany Spice blend, then throw a bunch of veggies (asparagus, red onion, tomatoes, peppers, spinach) in a pan to sauté for a bit & deglazed the pan with some red wine & finished it off with some Cyrus black lava sea salt & parsley.

Les cuento que Ni cuando cocinaba grasiento me quedaba tan rica esta sopa, y así fue como la hice esta vez:

INGREDIENTES:
• 200 gramos espinacas • 1 cebolla grande
• 1 papa
• Cilantro y pimienta al gusto.

Caramelizar las cebollas con un toque de aceite de oliva, y añadir la papa picada en cuadros pequeños (para facilitar cocción). Luego añades las espinacas hasta reducir y agregas un poco de agua hasta que cubra esta mezcla. Cuando hueva agrega cilantro al gusto amarrado con una liga y retiras antes de licuar. Dejas reposar a temperatura manejable para licuar, y añade agua si es necesario. Luego vuelves a la olla a cocinar y agregar el toque de pimienta. Les aseguro que es deliciosa, lamento no haber hecho más cantidad pero mañana compro más espinacas para hacer esta semana nuevamente 😍

Pan roasted shrimp with onions, peppers, mushrooms, lime, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and @montanamex chili seasoning blend, a side salad, and mashed turnips— a super yummy alternative to mashed potatoes. For the turnip mash 🥣:
-Peel and chop 4-6 turnips
-1/4 chopped onion
-3 green onion
-Boil together for about 25 min, until turnips are soft
-Strain
-Add to @kitchenaidusa mixer with salt, pepper, and Tbsp ghee or olive oil

ENSALADA DE ESPINACAS Y FRESAS 🍓¡Nadie se puede resistir a esta crujiente y colorida ensalada!

INGREDIENTES: (4 Porciones)
• PARA LA ENSALADA:
✨150 g. de espinacas frescas
✨250 g. de fresas frescas
✨½ taza Queso Panela, cotagge o queso de cabra (desmoronado)
✨100 g. de nueces y/o cacahuates garapiñados • PARA LA VINAGRETA:
✨Stevia al gusto
✨¼ taza de vinagre de manzana ✨½ cucharadita de mostaza molida (en polvo) ✨½ cucharadita de sal ensalada
✨1½ cucharadas de cebolla morada rallada ✨⅓ taza de aceite de oliva
PREPARACIÓN :
• PARA LA ENSALADA:
1️⃣Lavar, desinfectar y escurrir las espinacas y las fresas. Cortar el rabo de las fresas y partirlas en rodajas.
2️⃣Desmoronar o cortar en cubos pequeños el queso panela. Partir o trocear las nueces y/o cacahuates garapiñados.
3️⃣Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una ensaladera. • PARA LA VINAGRETA:
✔️En una batidora o licuadora, combinar primero azúcar, vinagre, mostaza (en polvo), sal y cebolla rallada.
✔️Al final, a baja velocidad, agregar poco a poco el aceite, hasta obtener una mezcla más espesa. ✔️Verter el aderezo por encima de la ensalada y revolver. Servir enseguida.

This was my dinner last night but ya know, I’m still reminiscing in its beauty😍 My mom LOVES to make slaw, and I love when she does! Last night’s dinner was a hugeee salad with mom’s slaw consisting of: radish, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, purple cabbage(MY FAV), tomato, kale, and fennel. I put it all over a bed of lettuce, added some apple cider vinaigrette, and topped with hemp hearts, roasted pumpkin seeds & almonds🥗❤️

Made turkey burgers seasoned with Epicure Cheese chives and Bacon with Epicure's Burger sauce, with plain fat free yogurt instead of mayo, and no surgar added ketchup. 1/4 of an avacado mushed, sliced tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms, all wrapped in lettuce! With a side or butternut squash and carrot "fries", seasoned with Epicure's Roasted Garlic. It was amazing! (4p)

-Arroz oriental de coliflor, con ajíes, ensaldita  y aguacate 🤤👏🏼
-El 🍚 arroz o imitación de arroz, lo hice, poniendo los arbolitos de coliflor crudos y previamente lavados en la licuadora, los pongo hasta que quede con  la textura de bolitas pequeñas, como arroz 🙊😋, lo sofreí con mantequilla sabor a ajo de @alma_foods ♥️😍 , junto con 1/2 cebolla picada en cuadritos, champiñones y  raíces chinas, por ultimo le agregue salsa soja baja en sodio, y le puse 1 sobre de estevia para cortar un poco el sabor😋👌🏻, serví con encurtido de ajíes 😍🤤💪🏼, acompañe con ensaladita de lechuga lisa y mix de tomaticos cherry, y obvio no podía faltar el aguacate 😍🥑✌🏻

Salmon, Brussels, & Cauli Rice - such a quick and easy dinner! Used ghee, dill, lemon, and garlic on the salmon. Everything But the Bagel Seasoning on the Brussels. And just ghee, salt, and pepper on the cauli rice.

The fam demolished this warm kale salad. 
Saucy dishes don't happen often in our household, so this dish is always a win here. 
Steamed kale with a tahini sauce. 
2 tbsp tahini,  2 tbsp of Braggs soy aminos ( or soy sauce if you don't have Braggs), and 1 tsp honey. Whisk until combined and smooth and add more of the ingredients to taste. Pour over kale, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I always cut the kale with scissors to make it more manageable before serving. 
The steam off the kale makes the sauce a bit runnier which is how we like it.😋 #healthydinner #plantbaseddiet

Este es el plato típico de mi casa cuando no queremos cocinar (a quién no le ha pasado 😂): base de hojas verdes 🍃, 2 huevos duros, y lo que sea que tengamos de verduras de colores encima. Hoy puse un poco de la reducción de cebolla+pimentón+ajo que les conté ayer (se hace al agua en el sartén con un poco de sal, ayer lo usé para una hamburguesa jaja), cubos de quesillo con orégano, y rodajitas de pepino 🥒  todo aliñado con limón 🍋 y sal .

Si no es con huevo duro lo hacemos con láminas de salmón ahumado 🐟 o 1 tarro de atún. Yo no como jamón de pavo pero también podría ser una opción 👏🏼 .

In honor of Earth Day I made a green goddess sauce recipe that I found the other day. No I don’t think you should put it on your face, but it’s definitely going to go great on salads, fish, burgers, tacos, chips, or straight from a spoon. I put it on Salmon and a quinoa salad tonight and it tasted great!
Ingredients are: avocado, garlic, pistachios, lime juice, chipotle hot sauce, water, olive oil, cilantro, salt.

>>>A few dashes of Salt & Peper

🔸️Slice chicken into squares
🔸️Brown chicken in a skillet, season with salt & pepper
🔸️Once chicken is fully cooked add broth and veggies
🔸️Simmer on low till veggies are fully cooked
🔸️Mold pie crust to muffin or loaf pan
🔸️Pour chicken broth mixture into crust lined pan
🔸️Top with crust using a fork to punch edges together also slicing a few slits for ventilation
🔸️Bake on 400° until crust is golden
