there's a lot going on for me right now. physically. spiritually. mentally. emotionally. i've been spending less time posting. more time connecting with nature and people. big things are coming my way. i feel the shifts. say my prayers. practice mindfulness. put in the work. trust the universe. not specifically in that order. my world is changing. my mind is getting stronger. i am being challenged. i am growing. my heart is opening. i am becoming. one breath at a time. thank you for reading.
REAL BODIES MATTER‼️‼️‼️‼️
I was hesitant to not wear a shirt this morning because I’m still working on burning some fat from my abdomen but I had to remind myself real bodies matter. No one has a flat toned stomach at all times so I won’t perpetuate that myth on my page. Like most people I have some fat I still want to get rid of and I plan to celebrate my body the entire journey there. You should celebrate your journey too, whether your in the first few days, working your way through a plateau or training to beat your best. TRUST and ENJOY the process, it’s more fun.
P.s. I started training myself to do close grip pushups about 2 months ago. I started on my knees(struggling) and worked my way to this working on them twice a week. They’re not perfect but that’s definitely progress. Also check out those back gains 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾. #NoGutMoreButt 💪🏾

Fruit juice and whole fruit are both great sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Packaged juices contain added sugar, while whole fruit is sweetened naturally (fructose). .
Due to whole fruit’s high fiber content, the sugar in it gets absorbed slowly, preventing a blood sugar spike. .
Fruit juice contains more calories and sugar per serving. For ex: 1 green apple has aprox. 52cals, 3gr of fiber, and 10gr of sugar. On the other hand one cup of apple juice has 110cals, 24gr of sugar, and 0gr of fiber. See the abysmal nutritional difference?😯
