This great recipe is up on the blog today!! 💛 I mean, who is NOT obsessed with poke bowls right now? They seem to be all the rage...I think #Dallas has a new poke bowl place open every day. Shout out to my favorite place, @cbowlspoke).
While a traditional poke bowl uses raw fish, I haven't yet gotten enough confidence up to use raw fish in recipes at home, so I made this cooked salmon version instead! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

~3 ingredient Peanut Butter cookies~
1cup of peanut butter
1 1/2 cup of cane or carb nice sugar
Mix until thick enough to be a little wet yet still able to make a ball.. use your fork to do the typical criss cross flatten on a non stick baking sheet..
Bake until golden brown (the darker the light brown the better peanut butter taste yet dont burn) Haha
If you also just want sugary easy pbutter cookie.. just use 1cup of reg sugar instead 😁

Honestly, tacos are a go-to meal at our house. They are super easy to make and if you have some Greek yogurt around (plain flavor of course)you can really make some fun sauces to go on your tacos to give them a little extra 🔥🌮
Here's a quick yogurt sauce recipe for your next taco night//
Garlic-Lime Yogurt Sauce:
-2 tbls. @primalpalate taco seasoning
-1 cup plain Greek yogurt or @foragerproject cashewgurt
-1/2 a lime juice
-1/2 tsp. Onion powder
-1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
-1/4 cup cilantro
Mix all together in a food processor and voilà! A delicious sauce to kick taco night up a notch...

I was craving pizza alllll day yesterday and being so tired (were calling it puppy hangover lol) was extremely tempted to order domino's or get a cooked one from the supermarket but they always make me ill so whipped up my own with a yoghurt flatbread base which is just 200g of fat free yoghurt and 200g self raising flour, passata tomato sauce, dairylea cheese squares cus that's all we had in😂 sliced red onion and chorizo mmmm so good and way better than domino's! #healthiercooking#healthycomfortfood#lowcalorie#pizza#fakeaway
