If you want to see change and attract the right kind of people, the first step starts with YOU. Are you living intentionally and with purpose? Do your morals and beliefs reflect how you think, talk, and act? Are you who you want to be?

Your vibration attracts reaction. Are you full of agitation? Then your energy may result in agitation? Are you full of joy and peace? Guess what that attracts. 
There is so much that goes into our "energy" ( the peace, anxiety, etc that we emit to the world) such as our environment, nutrition, and spiritual/ emotional work. And that is exactly why our bodies and their health are a journey there is no pill you can take to align yourself body mind and soul with purpose, health and happiness.

While it focuses on food, lifestyle and functional medicine, it also touches on the emotional/ spiritual side of healing- opening up that side of the journey for those who want and need to go there. Muchas veces pasamos el día sin tomar agua o tomando bebidas altas en cafeína, té, café, bebidas azucaradas, etc. que en lugar de hidratarnos y calmar la sed, ocurre todo lo contrario y la incrementa. Lo mejor que puedes tomar para hidratarte siempre será AGUA.
Estar hidratado es fundamental para que el cuerpo realice sus funciones de manera correcta, sobre todo si tienes alguna meta fitness o un estilo de vida saludable.
Si eres una persona activa que realiza ejercicio físico constante, debes saber que tu cuerpo requiere estar completamente hidratado para rendir mejor en el entrenamiento y evitar el cansancio prematuro. ☝️Para los que desean perder grasa corporal, tengan presente que UN CUERPO DESHIDRATADO NO QUEMA GRASA con eficiencia, el proceso de oxidación de grasa, sobre todo subcutánea, depende de la hidrólisis, cada proceso celular en tu cuerpo requiere de agua, y si es fría, puede incrementar en un 30% tu metabolismo por efecto térmico.💪
Evita sentir sed, ya que eso es un síntoma de deshidratación (perdiste un 1% de tu peso en agua), lleva contigo una botella donde vayas e incorpora el hábito de beber agua durante todo el día en sorbos pequeños. Por cada taza de té o café es un vaso de agua extra al día. Si no gustan de tomar agua les comparto una idea entretenida para que comiencen con el hábito.

Estar hidratado es fundamental para que el cuerpo realice sus funciones de manera correcta, sobre todo si tienes alguna meta fitness o un estilo de vida saludable. Si eres una persona activa que realiza ejercicio físico constante, debes saber que tu cuerpo requiere estar completamente hidratado para rendir mejor en el entrenamiento y evitar el cansancio prematuro. ☝️Para los que desean perder grasa corporal, tengan presente que UN CUERPO DESHIDRATADO NO QUEMA GRASA con eficiencia, el proceso de oxidación de grasa, sobre todo subcutánea, depende de la hidrólisis, cada proceso celular en tu cuerpo requiere de agua, y si es fría, puede incrementar en un 30% tu metabolismo por efecto térmico.💪 Evita sentir sed, ya que eso es un síntoma de deshidratación (perdiste un 1% de tu peso en agua), lleva contigo una botella donde vayas e incorpora el hábito de beber agua durante todo el día en sorbos pequeños. 1️⃣Increase in volume >> means the amount of total running you complete in a week, increasing your volume to over 10% each week can cause you a serious injury 
2️⃣Too much treadmill running >> can lead to loss of agility😒 as it fails to mimic real-life conditions of running on uneven ground, you also don't use as many muscles when running on a treadmill as running outdoors 
3️⃣Too much track running >> as running at different speeds because of different factors, like wind, surface & changing weather conditions, to mimic outdoor running conditions & prevent injuries, try varying the pace throughout the run 👌🏻

HAPPY EARTH DAY 🌎 // For the past 6 months I have been very conscious of the amount of plastics I use. Ie. Using a box for fruit and veg or buying a non plastic bag at supermarkets when I forget to bring one (which is all the time 🙈) or using no bag at all if I only have a few items. Using @caye.life water bottle rather than buying plastic water bottles. And if I forget that I’ll buy @voss_aus as it’s in a glass bottle or @h2coco. My skincare is in glass bottles too, @simpleasthatskin is BRILLIANT - non toxic, vegan, all natural. Buying @grantsofaustralia bamboo toothbrushes or metal @ever.eco straws instead of plastic. @beewrappy beeswax wraps instead of cling wrap. In our kitchen we have two buckets permanently on the shelf, one for compost, one for recycling. Or you could even do things to help the environment like picking up plastics and putting them in the bin so they don’t hurt our wildlife. Quitting plastics altogether is near impossible at this point - helloooooo plastic toys, blueberries/strawberries and I’m still it sure about what to replace dog poo bags with yet 🙈 or if throwing my already purchased @tupperwareausnz away is silly or smart - but what we all can do to make the world a better place is small changes everyday to minimize the amount of plastics we are using. Make better choices. Choosing the more conscious option - even if that means spending a little bit more. If everyone did their bit, the world would be a better place. And never think your bit isn’t making a different cause it is. Let’s work together and make change. “Don’t wait until you’re ‘ready’ and your life is better to seek expertise for health and fat loss goals. 
Here’s why... It’s easy when your motivated, when life’s running fairly smoothly, and you feel ‘ready’ to work on your health, body, or fat loss goals. 
But, let’s face it, being ‘ready’ isn’t always going to happen the way you think it should. There’s always going to be something happening. 
In fact, more times than not, it’s easy to reason OUT of committing, hiring, or following through with your so desired intentions and pushing your goals.

But it doesn’t have to be this way, and reality is a lot of these situations are not actually the case. It’s just we’ve become so good at creating stories, excuses, and perceptions that keep us out of action rather than drive it TO it.

It’s easy when your motivated, when life’s running fairly smoothly, and you feel ‘ready’ to work on your health, body, or fat loss goals. But, let’s face it, being ‘ready’ isn’t always going to happen the way you think it should. There’s always going to be something happening. In fact, more times than not, it’s easy to reason OUT of committing, hiring, or following through with your so desired intentions and pushing your goals. But, having the right help, support, and direction through situations, struggles, and unsure times is where we grow the most in life. I so often hear people state their goals, express how they know they need and want to change, and in the same statement they have reasons for not doing so. Things like: Too little time. Not enough money. Work’s too busy. My family needs me. I’m unwell. I was just diagnosed with ___ condition and have to manage it first. I travel too often. I’ll feel to restricted. I’m injured, can’t workout, so I’ll wait to take other health and nutrition initiatives. But it doesn’t have to be this way, and reality is a lot of these situations are not actually the case. It’s just we’ve become so good at creating stories, excuses, and perceptions that keep us out of action rather than drive it TO it. Provide and clarify the right knowledge you need to facilitate success. Support you along the way. Listen to and hear your concerns and struggles. Encourage and empower you. Who doesn’t love avocado toast?! You’ve got your protein (egg), healthy fat & fiber (avocado), and you can even add an extra boost if you top it off with some micro greens or arugula! 🙌🏻 I really like to use @foodforlifebaking’s sprouted Ezekiel Bread because it doesn’t upset my stomach. Too much gluten can really bother me (digestively and it messes with my skin) but I’ve found that this bread, in moderation for me, works great!! It’s all about listening to YOUR body’s needs and experimenting with foods that feel good to YOU. Happy Sunday, loves!
