Safe to say drinking on an empty stomach is never a good idea. The last 2 days were a good reminder that I'm not 18 anymore. I dont drink a lot as it is, so this hurt my poor body 🥂
The only nourishment I've been able to consume is water and rye bread! Thank goodness for my magic beans, even though I havent been able to stomach food, my body has been getting amazing micronutrients from over 30 different types of fruits and veges. Cheers to being able to eat today and to not getting white girl wasted for a very long time

But, I grew to love them! 🥑Avocados can be utilized in many ways, apart from the well known guac! And this fruit (yup, it is not a veggie) is jam packed with nutrients, making it a great addition to any meal or smoothie (it makes it creamier)! They are loaded with healthy MUFAs (aka monounsaturated fats), vitamins A, E, K, C & B, a great source of fiber, antioxidants, & much more! 🥑Benefits: great for your skin, eyes, & hair (you can actually make avocado masks for your hair & face); helps with weight loss because of its healthy fats, keeping you full; great for digestion; & can actually help to boost your mood & cognitive function, due to its, you guessed it, healthy fats! 🥑When buying avocados, make sure they are firm & not too soft, & to save them, wrap them in plastic wrap! This has been a busy week and it's still not over. 😫 I started my new job as a cosmetic counter manager for a dept store in King County earlier this week and have been busy getting caught up with everything that's going on there. 💄 Because of my new schedule, I haven't had time to play around in the kitchen. I did meal prep on Sunday and have been eating my way through that to maintain my plantbased 🌱 vegan lifestyle 🥕
Suffice to say I'm excited to have Sunday off because we'll be celebrating my daughter's 6 birthday 🎉 I'm planning on surprising her with a girls spa day. She's been talking about having a spa day for at least a year now ☺
