Warning, I’ll be posting food to keep myself motivated and help others get and stay motivated! All my food is weighed out in regards to certain percentages for protein, carbohydrates, and fats! I’d say day 3 I am killing it! If you swipe you can see all my food and exactly how much i weigh out, I haven’t went over on my goal and it’s a ton of good healthy food! My breakfast is 1 scoop myofusion protein, 1 scoop greens, 2 TBS Pb Fit and 1/2 cup dried oatmeal, lunch is 3 hard boiled eggs, 1 oz. cheddar cheese and 30 grapes. Dinner is 5 chicken mozzarella meatballs, 1 cup green beans and 1 red potato. Nothing beats up hard-boiled eggs with some mayo, chive and sea salt 👌🏼 It’s a Polish way of eating eggs, but maybe not only Polish?.. In any case - this is my delicious and filling dinner accompanied by some supplements - Omega 3, black cumin oil and probiotics and a cup od melissa tea. Keeps me satisfied, healthy and with a peace of mind after another action day with a 👶🏼 😁
Nie ma to jak jajka na twardo z majonezem i szczypiorkiem 👌🏼 Majonez z Polski, niestety z różnymi „E”, ale smakowo wygrywa z tymi niemieckimi. Do tego suplementy Omega 3, olej z czarnego kminku i probiotyki. Do tego już tradycyjnie herbatka z melisy. Sycąco, zdrowo i coś na złapanie oddechu po kolejnym dniu akcji z dzidzią 👶🏼😁
🥚Hard boiled eggs! These are a nutritious and extremely easy to make snack. Takes less than 15 minutes and all you need to do is put eggs in a pot with water and boil. It’s a good snack because it’s easy to eat, high in protein and healthy fats so unlike most snacks theres no blood sugar spike and crash. It also has cholesterol which is the building block for many hormones and neurotransmitters. It’s a problem if you have excess in your blood but that shouldn’t come from eating it. You also need to make sure you get enough vitamin D to ensure your body is processing the cholesterol properly. If your looking for a quick, solid snack these are a good bet. So after my breakfast on Saturday things got bad with my eating. So here it is Tuesday and I'm back on. I can easily get back on when I mess up but I always worry about keto flu. I had my vitamins this morning and had a whole bottle of sugar free Powerade. Feeling good so far just tired. I forgot to take a pic of breakfast today but I had 2 over easy eggs, 2 slices of bacon, a low carb pita cooked with cheese melted inside and coffee.
