Happy Hump day!! Ash here! Love Wednesday nights, Strength & Conditioning class at the PT Unit, I try and do at least three classes a week I feel so much better mixing it up.
I struggle with my right knee, I tore my tendons & ligaments in my knee a couple of years ago, every couple of months I push myself too much and It goes on me even doing squats with just the bar I struggle!
I’m so happy I did 10kg of weight on each side with a 20kg bar without any pain in my knee! I love training legs but I struggle a lot with squats couldn’t be happier tonight with my improvement!
