Wanted to share a little hanging side split because the exercise I was working on is something that I CANNOT do and got fed up and wanted to do something I CAN! With my brain still on vaca mode. I thought I'd post another oldie hopefully to inspire others and a gentle reminder not every exercise is good for every person. .
As an example - I don't actually do these in my everyday practice. Just because I can do them doesn't mean I need them.
Hyper-mobility doesn't need more hyper-mobility. If your end game is to have a strong balanced body - work the weaknesses. Work the stability!!!
