I started to track again recently to see where I have been going wrong. I am great at knowing the carbs I am eating, but have got in a habit of eating "keto junk food" more often. I believe this practice is making me suffer mentally again, following by physically as I am unable to function most days.
My anxiety has been lingering for a week now to the point I cry almost every day due to depression setting in. I am thankful I have sleeping pills still, I am exhausted.
I am going back to where I started Keto to see if this change of eating is the problem. Back to whole foods, paleo inspired keto.
Following Leanne Vogel and her Keto Book from Amazon That my naturopath recommended to me. Dairy free, and many options for allergies for those that need it.
