Well this takes some confidence to post 🙄 but I wanted to share with you.
I’ve been off work now, it will be 12 weeks by the time I head back - I am stressed, tense and because of this, really suffering with awful tension headaches, which are still being investigated; they can make me feel so ill to the point I have to stop whatever I am doing and just go off to sleep! This is because I’ve had a pretty rough past few months and it’s beginning to catch up with me.
So during my time off, I decided to focus on me. ♥️ Give myself some love. After all, I need it! I find that exercise is the best way to release my tensions and as long as I don’t have a headache, I make sure I get to the gym - I aim for 4 times a week.
I’ve put together a 6 week gym plan for myself and I’m making sure I’m in a calorie deficit (using @myfitnesspal). So, with a little bit of knowledge and some self love, as you can see from the photos, I am doing well. 🙌🏼
In just 3 weeks, I’ve changed my body shape and I am most definitely beginning to feel less tense. Some of my older clothes are now starting to fit. 😍
I have 3 more weeks to complete and I’m really hoping I can make more changes to my body as well as continue to reduce my stress levels.
