This recipe JUST became my new favourite for overnight oats. Looks like a hot mess but I swear to you it's OH so good!
I like to stir some oreo biscuits into the oats and leave overnight to soften up. They melt into the yoghurt and oat mix which, I think, gives it a similar feel to oreo ice cream - YUM! Right before eating, I like to finish them with a final topping of 'fresh' crunchy oreo biscuits for added texture and yumminess!

When you look at yourself in the #mirror , what do think?
Do you adore your reflection? Do you smile at yourself? OR do you think: oh my god, I hate my hair!? •
Funny Fact: the things we tell ourselves are becoming our reality! •
Meaning: when you see yourself in the mirror and think: oh you wonderful great creature! - you will start feeling as a Damn wonderful great creature and your day will look the same way! •
However, if you say to yourself: what a silly thing you did yesterday, eating that chocolate! You are just going to be fat! - you will just feel bad! •
So why not treat yourself with the same respect you would to your best friend? Why not greet yourself when you look in the mirror first thing in the #morning as you would your loved one? •
We all know how important it is to be kind to others, but how about being kind to ourselves? 💕
Time for a reset! YIPEE!!!
