💥FRONT-LEVER 21 CHALLENGE💥
If you want to challenge your grip strength your core and get one hell of a burn in your Lats give this challenge a go!!! Similar to the bicep 21 curl exercise you’re going to do straight arm front lever raises from dead hang to half way to the bar for 7 reps, then another 7 reps from half way to the bar, then your last 7 reps from dead hang all the way up to the bar!!! You can try this with more advanced forms of the front lever but it’s ridiculously difficult but it’s still possible just remember form over everything!!!
