Today I had a blast from the past, high school addition. And it wasn’t really a pleasant one. This person never really liked me, nor did this person ever have a valid reason to not like me. To this day, this person still doesn’t like me lol. Long story short, I wasn’t ever really liked in high school. I was “different” so the “popular girls” would just be bitches to me, well one of them came to my work today -
Seeing her reminded me of not only all the girls who mistreated me in high school, but also reminded me of the people who have said I wouldn’t amount to anything in life, or I wouldn’t get far in the sport I compete in, anyone who doubted me came to mind today. And what do I say to those people? Fuck you. 🖕🏼 Because of people like those, they’re the reason I push myself everyday to be a stronger person, mentally & physically. -
To anyone who has every doubted you, fuck them. You have no room for them in your life. Life is too Fucking short to let ignorant ass people doubt you & pull you down to the level they’re on. We were all put on this earth for a purpose & we should be thankful that we are here and we are all doing something we love. Don’t ever let someone’s judgment of you make you want to change yourself. In high school I was the weird girl because I took weightlifting seriously. Yeah lol. Fast forward 5 years later & I’m no longer the “weird girl” 🤷🏼♀️
Moral of the story. Don’t let people’s words bring you down or how they think of you. Life is too short. So do your squats, PR your deadlifts, eat your veggies, and shine bright like a diiiiiiamond. Thank you to the people who have doubted me and have made fun of me since I could remember, because of you I’ve accomplished so much in my 23 years of life and it’s only the beginning, assholes 🤙🏼 -

What are your priorities? When you wake up in the morning, is there that one thing on your mind? Is it bettering yourself? Pursuing a different career? Once you've set priorities, you'll have to make sacrifices. And at the end of the day if you don't follow through, neither will your goals. As the saying goes; short term pain for long term gain.
If your priority is to create yourself a better life then take it. After all your happiness is what's most important. The reason why I bring this up is because often, people start looking into other people's lives and start saying things like "I wish I had that, or he/she is lucky" instead of wishing, start doing. I mean come on is that really a priority? Looking into other people's lives?
Keep in mind that not everyone airs out their dirty laundry. You don't think I have some of my own? Ofcourse I do! Everyone does. Just remember to focus on yourself, and set your priorities. Patience and a willful drive will take you there.

So....I worked out tonight, quite proud of myself 😂😂 been in and out of the gym the last couple weeks but I'm working on getting that consistency back. Smashed titttays, shoulders, arms and abs tonight. Weight is bouncing back and forth between 196 and 207, doesn't help that my appetite has been absolutely non existent lately. But it's coming back. Still PLENTY of time for improvement.

It’s an absolute ab killer and you need to be doing it ,Still call this the bum to mirror as i haven’t come across the name! 🙅🏻♂️
But to do the tinggg , all you gotta do stand on your dip bench , hold yourself up , keeping your back straight bring your bum up so it’s facing either the mirror or wall 🔥 fully squeeze at the top so your abs are burning ! When coming down DO NOT just swing , control it so your not just going of momentum 🔪

So lay on a mat , hand on your temples , and bring your knees to your chest , at the same time curl your torso up so your head and knees meet , do not go quick cause I damn near always knock myself out 😫, 15 reps for 3 sets , slow and controlled is the game on this one !
