🤯This morning I accidentally came across some old photos of me from college. Personally.. I was shocked because it took me a double take to realize that I was that girl in the corner of the photos. 😐🤭 I don’t ever remember being THAT big. I knew I was big, and I remember feeling trapped in the body and mind I had created for myself. I remember feeling big, but I was so good at making excuses for myself. That I didn’t ACTUALLY have that much fat on me. It was just because I had a bigger bone structure. Well... I definitely have broad shoulders and wide hips, and I think no matter what pants size I wear, my butt will always be quite large compared to my waist (but, yo, I am NOT complaining about that 😂❤️). But, there is no way that my bone structure, or anyone who is under like 6’7”, was made to carry that much weight. I use to tell myself that that’s just how I was supposed to be. But, it’s obvious now, after I have worked my butt off (okay, clearly not my butt.. just worked a lot of fat off) that my body- just like everyone’s, is meant to support a healthy and active woman 💪🏼. And, I’m so glad I found my way out of my own cage I was living in to build the woman I’ve always wanted to be. 💕

Feels so freaking good to be back - crushin’ out a HIIT sesh, and breakin’ some sweat. These are some of my fav HIIT workouts that I def recommend y’all try if you really wanna get your heart rate up, 🔥 fat, and sweat a 💩 tone (esp if you’re trying to lean)
You can def see me dying in some parts of the vid and messing up, but gotta push am I right?? Not gonna lie, I actually had so much fun today as this is a new gym to me but I didn’t hesitate to try new things and ask people for help - especially as I’m still trying to understand the environment of this gym.
Don’t be afraid to bookmark this number and try it out during your next workout! 💪🏻 I did about 5 sets of 10 for everything. I also did a little big of leg presses and quad workouts but I really wanted this video to be focused on the HIIT exercises. ENJOY!
