Набор массы тоже дает результат,все куда надо пошло 🌰 ем 5-6 раз в день. Обязательно 2-3 основных приема пищи,2 перекуса. Знаю,что часто возникают проблемы именно с перекусам ,не знают что пп можно съесть. Например,я ем: хлебцы+сыр,авокадо;салаты+яйца всмятку (1 желток,вечером желтки убрать),творог+фрукт,лаваш с наполнителями (что есть в холодильнике: сыр+помидор+зелень;рикотта+банан+смородина;яйцо+огурец+листья салата и тд),до обеда-банан.

Press day. Also felt out some front squats for a double. Here’s my:
-PR set of 9 at 120lbs
-third back off set of 8 at 95lbs
-front squat warm up at 120lbs
-front squat heavy set at 178lbs -and the work out

Think front squats will help bring up my quads but not sure where to put them into my program. Gonna think on it but I’m holding myself to no major changes until this block is done (2 more weeks). In the past I’ve serially tweaked my programs so much that looking back I can’t tell what worked and what didn’t. This time I’m not gonna let a back day in gym wreck my whole training as I frantically reinvent it. The gym will still be there once make up my mind: not need to rush.

I always start with compound movements/ heavy and finish with lower weights but high rep exercises, just to burn out the muscle.
TODAY WAS LEGDAY.
🏁 Sumo deadlift 4x6>10.
🏁 Hip thrusts 4×8>12.
🏁Lunges 4×10>12 each side.
🏁Hack squat 4×12>15.
🏁Leg press 3x10> last one dropset till failure...
•I did walking lunges at the end with moderate weights and focused more on glutes• 3x15.
