On my second day in Valencia I was pretty full from my 5 course lunch, so thought I’d just have something light in the evening. Beer, huge meaty olives, and some toasted baguette topped with tortilla, guac and crispy onions. Hit the spot and all of it cost me €3.70... can I do this every night?

Sundown snacking! We are currently getting ready for our evening out so having a few snacks with a cheeky glass of rose while we get ready. We just hit the local supermarket and picked up some crisps and crackers to dip in hummus and guacamole with cucumber and olives on the side 🥑
GUAC IS EXTRA GOOD! That’s why it’s extra, right? For #ChipsAndDip here’s my basic default guacamole (also please note how beautiful the avocados are! I picked out the perfect ones at the perfect ripeness! #BEAUTY ) .
🥑 mash up like 2 avos .
🍋 juice of 1/2-1 lime (mmm!) .
🍶 dash of S&P .
😭 chop up a bit of red onion (if you feel like it, optional) .
🥄 MIX IT ALL UP .
