If you know me, I know you've heard it...at least once.
If it was easy. Everyone would do it.
It's supposed to feel this way.💪
Its going to burn like 🔥
Change always does. •
Stretching, tearing, molding, sculpting your own way...is going to put a crick in your neck, some gravel in your voice and a whole lot of pride in your back bone. •
You might want to quit...in fact you may have quit before...but not this time.
That's where I come in. •
I see you....Nervous, maybe afraid you'll fail, perhaps you're afraid of the "hard"...I get it, and yea it might suck a little bit. I promise you I started that climb once too...from the bottom floor. •
Hand to God I know that fear and I will meet you there. Right there, in your arena, and I will walk the walk with you. I will believe in you until you believe in yourself...under one condition...show up!
You've got to show up. No one on this Earth is coming to your rescue, noone is going to do the work for you. It's only up to you. All the tools to survive and thrive in this beautiful world are inside of you...but it's up to you to learn how to use what you've got. •
I'm here. I'm not going anywhere...with two huge hands, an even bigger heart and I'm ready & waiting for you. #SayYes
Take my hand...I won't let go and I won't give up on you.
Groceries can be a great indicator of someones quality of life. Eat nutrient dense food to avoid deficiencies. For years now I've been so obsessed with being a "bodybuilder" that I forgot to be a human too. Sure, macronutrients are all I really need to know in order to lose fat or gain lean mass. That does not mean a diet based just on macronutrients will make you healthy. The human body requires micronutrients in order to function properly. Recently I've been eating things I once believed were "bad" (ex. whole eggs & butter). Eventually, I'll start adding different fruits and veggies back into my diet. For now I'm trying to keep it simple in order to allow my digestive system some time to recover from years of dieting like a "bodybuilder." .
I can't say enough about the knowledge I've gained from @stanefferding over the past few months. I started by studying his ideas on lifting and how to properly periodize your workout plans in order to continue making gains in a healthy way. Then, I started reading his articles and listening to his seminars/podcasts. The man might not be a doctor but he's the epitome of living, learning, and passing it on. There's a reason he coaches some of the strongest men on the world, not to mention he has got some of those guys looking more like bodybuilders than classic powerlifter (ex. @larrywheels). Honestly, we all wish we could lift like a powerlifter, but look like Arnold!!! #theverticaldiet
Anyone’s most worthy opponent is their inner critic. A “Resolve to Evolve” allows us to become friends with that voice in the cheap seats, and realize he will never come into the arena and get dirty and sweaty in the struggle to move forward and grow.....and now his voice is not as loud!!! #thrive#grow#evolve#critic#worth#good#life
#ThursdaysThinkhat ! There’s two of me in this picture... can you see the second? .
Love this shot of our triple tower acro pose, on the top of a tower, that over looks other towers! Haha .
When people do crazy things... it’s funny how people pull their phones out! .
Thanks @travisbrewer.ninja and @moderntarzan for being sturdy base bricks to our human tower! .

This is one flowering🌺 pot that you don't need to water💦, but you need to eat🍴. Full marks on creativity to @spoonandglaze on presenting their desserts as beautiful flowering plants. I found the Nutella Earth cake to be very dry, with hardly any Nutella. But, the best part is that they give you mud and seeds to grow a plant in the pot that you ate your dessert in. Isn't that such a fantastic idea?
