Grilling season is my favorite—sometimes just changing the way we chop our veggies/ method of cooking can make the same ingredients feel and taste so different!

• marinade: chopped rosemary + fresh lemon juice + garlic + salt/ pepper
• served with roasted broccoli & onions atop a bed of baby spinach 🥦
•(also @traderjoes spicy peanut vinegarette was a surprisingly perfect dipping sauce/ dressing to this combo) 🔥
Visit your original grilling house in town at Quirino corner Marang Street near South Elementary School and Mismo Accoustic Bar in front of South Billiard. We are open from 8am to 10pm from Mondays to Saturdays and 5pm to 9pm on Sundays. Tongs Up!
We are now also open at Gensan Foodtrip Plaza located at National Highway in front of Sun City Suites.
