Gratitude Day 135 - Movement.
I love watching this little corner of the world, my sanctuary, awake in the early morning light, where birds take flight and start their new journey for the day x
Wishing you all a good day in all that comes your way x
“Ih … unta. Padahal Kiya tu mau naik unta. Kiya tu berani, Bu. Tapi malah tutup.
Wow, luar biasa sekali.
Kisah selengkapnya meluncur ke blognya ibu Kiya ya Mak. Klik link yang ada di bio. 😉 *** Tulisan ini diikutsertakan dalam May’s Challenge: Gratitude Journal Rumbel Literasi Media Ibu Profesional Semarang @ibuprofesionalsemarang
We visited Eugenia Café for the second time during our first week in Yangon as @andresberejnoi fell in love with one of the pork dishes they had. And for the second time, this poster on the wall caught my attention. Regardless of the reason behind not providing free WiFi (most likely it is very expensive for the restaurant to pay for it), I love the message they give: "Please talk to each other." It is a good reminder to be mentally present with the people we have physically in front of us. Our phones can wait for another time.

🔸Wins and gratitude day 18 of 31🔸
Here are my wins for Saturday.
💥My first win is coaching Ansh. He’s a beast. Only 11 years old and already crushing workouts. I have never seen a kid so young that is motivated like him. Keep it up dude!
💥My second win is that I now understand what I need to do. As I’m going through I’m starting to see more clearly the path I want and need to take.
💥My third win is spending some time with the powerlifters. Had a bbq with them and it was a great time to unwind and relax a little bit.
💙My first gratitude goes out to the two people who came to the team training class. They came out and crushed the workout.
💚My second gratitude goes out to Ansh again. He always want to get stronger. I have no doubt this kid will be a beast. I’m proud of you dude.
🧡My final gratitude goes out to my mind. I’m starting to see more clear what I really need to do. There are things in my way that hold me back from greatness. My mind is starting to see that I need to put my head down and work.
Do you ever struggle with fears or get overwhelmed by worrying about things in your life?
I recently had a conversation with a woman & she was telling me all about her fears. She shared the many thoughts and fears she's had in the past, but she also talked about all the fears that run through her head on a daily basis.
She was telling me things like:
1. I fear I'm never going to be enough
2. I fear that I may never have a family of my own
3. I fear that I'll get really sick when I don't have health insurance
4. I fear that I'll never make my parents truly proud of me
5. I have a fear I'll get cancer and that it will take away all the dreams I have for my life.
6. I have a fear that one of my brothers will die too soon and unexpected before we could do________.
7. I have a fear I'll never be able to get a decent job
8. I have a fear that a friend of mine might commit suicide
9. I have a fear that another friend of mine might overdose on drugs & alcohol
10. I have a fear of not making a big difference in the world before I'm gone
11. I have a fear that homeless people will get frozen & frost bit & that orphans will never get the chance to call someone mama & experience unconditional love
12. I have a fear that I won't be successful financially
13. I have a fear that the plane I'm on may not make a safe landing.
And you know what, these are just a few of the fears that this woman was sharing with me that she's feared in the past and even some of them are happening right now. She could have gone on and on.
Here's the thing, that woman sharing all her fears from the past & even now, all the thoughts that she battles in her mind, that was me. Yep, me. All those fears are just a small piece of my big ole fear pie. I have either had these in the past or sometimes even feel a few right now. Those are my ugly fears.
We all have fears that race through our mind on a daily basis. What we choose to do with those fears is what really matters. Today I heard an inspiring message about how God is always with us in all of our fears and knows our fears even before we do.
How is it possible to not fear when our minds keep racing with these thoughts? More to come tmrw... pray.
220. Today I’m grateful for having such a productive day. We spent the morning in Santa Monica picking up bits and pieces, afternoon at the gym climbing and the evening at the cinema seeing Dead Pool 2. .

-Happy about keeping at it and not giving up
- For the opportunity to start a new chapter for two of us...
HOW I COPE WITH DEPRESSION: GRATITUDE JOURNAL.
I started writing a gratitude journal since 2015 after I was diagnosed with depression. Everyday- every morning before I start my work and before I go to bed, I would list all the positive things and events that I am thankful for. On days when I feel extremely overwhelm with anxiety and stress, I would read back through my gratitude journal and remind myself that I have plenty of amazing people around me and good things are happening in my life.
Keeping a gratitude log is easy. Simply list down all the things that we are thankful for starting from the smallest event and the presence of good people around us to our daily accomplishments. Do it at least once a day, especially before we go to bed. .
Continuous practice not only improves our sleeping quality by reducing our stress and anxiety levels, but it also allow us to wake up in the morning with a positive mindset 😊
So, if you haven’t try writing a gratitude journal, I recommend that you give it a shot. Have a nice day 😊♥️
had the sweetest weekend exploring small shops, trying on all the vintage clothing i could find, and proving to myself that i could hang those shelves up all by myself. feeling very thankful for moments of rest like these. ✨

I am challenging myself to find something beautiful everyday for 365 days and take a photo of it and write a resonating quote about that moment.
Its a simple and fun way to practice gratitude daily. When we practice gratitude consistently we re-wire our brains to become more positive and see more opportunities. We all have something to be grateful for- we just have to choose to see it. The more we all live from a place of gratitude the more love and positive energy we put into the universe which then has the power to heal ourselves and everything that is wrong in the world.
The energy of Love has the power to bring about world change. So raise ur vibration by joining the #snapandquote challenge and be part of the new world world rising- a world built on love, compassion, kindness and respect.
Tag someone who you know has the power of love that resides within them and together we will all create a love-centered “new world order”. #snapandquote#quoteoftheday#quotes#gratitude ##gratitudejournal
Why not start our day and week “With Love and Gratitude...”
(Written Bottom Right corner, behind the plant!) Accept yourself as you are, to be able to let love and people in, and practice gratitude for what you do have. .
After the adventures in Chiangmai, I had a wonderful 5 days at @suansati for a yoga retreat! .
Over a week ago now. Back to the skies and traveling the globe! 🌎✈️ Have a great week!
That panicked face you have right before doing a fb live 🤦🏻♀️
I don’t know about you, but I get super nervous before pressing the “go live” button
What if I forget what I was going to say...
What if people think I’m stupid or crazy....
What if the laugh at me 🤦🏻♀️
All kinds of lies run through my head right before going live.
But, I do it anyway!!! I feel the fear and go for it!!!
It’s gets a little easier every time, easy NO, just a tad easier with each one!!!
When I stay focused on giving and adding value (even just making you laugh is value enough for me) and take the focus off me, well, that’s when I can take a deep breath and roll with it!!!
A Huge thank you for all of those that watch my fb lives, love you all! ❤️
