I didn't feel like going to the gym this evening especially after a harder day at work however I love the benifits of going to the gym so I did.
I'm gratful I trained my mind to push my body a little more then before. Never thought possible... My reminder 🙄 *You know when you're sick and thee only thing you want more is your health back*? Same difference for me. If your body can, what's stopping you but your mind, what's ever stopping us most of the time but our thoughts. Do you have good thoughts for yourself or what and why? Work on this first, be good to you, love you and everything else follows naturally. In all aspects of your thoughts 🤓
Always look at yourself and see how lucky you truly are, many can't do half of what you do so stop complaining and just do what you believe is good for you.

I awoke this morning in gratitude that we still have a world to wake up to. I made coffee, fed my fur children and turned on the news. I trimmed the stems and refreshed the water of my current bouquet of flowers. I did things that I think many of us take for granted. I can't help but think somewhere in a war torn area of the world another woman is beginning her day praying to get through yet another day of uncertainty. She is not sipping her coffee deciding on paint colors for a bathroom. She is not safe in her home. She is not thinking weighty thoughts that will show up on this page. She is not wondering if any words written really matter. She is hoping to live another day. What I know for sure is that she and I are not so different. We both have hopes and dreams. We both loved. We both have suffered loss. We both are strong women in a world that is complicated and scary. Our difference is only our place of birth. Today I pray for those hiding from bombs, nerve gas and angry men fighting a war that never seems to end. Today I pray for peace.
