🕖 A 3 egg omelette, sliced tomato and avocado. A drizzle of @mayversfood tahini, pepitas and SnP.
🕚 A post class smoothie. A scoop of @trueprotein Pro Define, 250ml of unsweetened almond milk, a frozen banana and dragonfruit pieces all blitzed.
🕐 A meal of steamed broccoli, boiled sweet potato and grilled 'Skippy' fish.
🕒 Some pre workout fuel of a 3/4 cup serve of @iquitsugar granola, unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana, some blueberries and a strawberry.
🕕 Back from a lifting session, a quick fix needed. Grabbed the other half of my earlier banana with a tsp of @mayversfood peanut butter. Not glamorous but hits the satisfaction spot. I find if I have a post protein shake it ruins my appetite for dinner as it fills me up.
🕖 Snacked on some of my wrap fillings (cucumber and cherry tomatoes) while my chicken was cooking. So dinner became two wholemeal wraps with lettuce, carrot, a little cheese, red onion and chicken.
