CHECK OUT YA FAVORITE CHEF ON VH2 @itunes @spotify @tidal @googleplaymusic @pandora 🔥🔥🔥SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE DJS PLAYING MY RECORD IN ATL MUSICANDFOOD ...............#LANES#PRESS PLAY 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Chef Delphy (Franklin Robson Jr.) was born and raised in Queens, NY and began cooking and producing music at an early age. His strong passion for both emerged at 9 when he began taking drum lessons and writing his first culinary recipes. He perfected his craft in both areas working as the Head Chef in numerous restaurants throughout North Carolina and Georgia while honing his talents in the studio as a producer and recording artist. In 2010 Chef Delph had the opportunity to open his first restaurant in Raleigh, NC called Smokin Grooves. Here the culmination of both passions collided as his original culinary crafts were served with a music themed atmosphere showcasing an appreciation for various styles of Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop, R&B and Soul music. Soon the venue became a hotbed for not only great food but major events, parties, showcases and concerts.
The popularity of the restaurant’s great food and atmosphere became a hit with local residents as well as celebrities. This led to an opportunity for Delphy to host his own cooking show “Itz Gravy Baby.” Here Chef Delphy interacts with various guest including celebrities in the kitchen cooking while discussing food, music and other topics. Past guest include Big Daddy Kane, Slim from 112, Prince Po of Organized Konfusion and Mike G of the Jungle Bros.
Recently relocating to Atlanta to work with The Atlanta Hawks Organization Chef Delphy will be starting on a 2nd season of “Itz Gravy Baby.” With an upcoming cook book in the works as well as a new music project expect great things from Chef Delphy. . #cheflife#chefdelphyoso#chefdelphy#foodporn#foodies#hungry#goodeats#yummy#atlanta#newyork#houston#losangeles#bigdelph 🎤 #bigdelph
🍽 EAT OUT: Madhu’s Heathrow
This was a really nice Indian restaurant at the Sheraton hotel at Heathrow. We started with drinks and they were really nice, a pina colada and a lychee mocktail colada, followed by virgin berry mojito and a mango smoothie. For starters we ordered the Tandoori paneer tikka, and Murg tikka. And for mains we got Murg makhni, Saag paneer, garlic and sesame naan, cucumber and carrot raita.
☄️Quality of food: 9/10 : the food was really nice and was good standard Indian food. The starters were freshly cooked and taken from the grill, and the chicken for the main was very tender in a rich sauce. I didn’t like the paneer as much but that’s only because I don’t usually have that one. The naan was also crispy and fresh.
☄️Atmosphere of restaurant: 9/10 : it’s quite a big restaurant, with different sections and nicely lit areas. A nice place for family dinners as they have enough tables for large groups.
☄️ Price: £££ : the portion of food was good but quite expensive, however I did keep in mind this was at a hotel and near the airport. But the quality of food was good.
🙆🏻♀️ Overall experience: the atmosphere was really nice and I had an enjoyable meal, the only thing that was disappointing was the service was quite slow, it took a long time to get the waiters’ attentions and took a long time for them to attend to us at the beginning even though the table next to us who had just sat down received service immediately. Other than that it was good.

Afternoon (tea) delights.
Spring strawberries in Japan are possibly the best strawberries I've ever tasted. Huge, red, and ripe, they burst with sweetness that needs nothing to complement it. If anything, an otherwise normal pastry amps up in deliciousness when you add fresh strawberries in it. 💖🍓💖
