Last 10km this morning before I run around for 12 hours on Friday night at the Light Horse Ultra. So massively under prepared and totally going to have to wing this one. But as long as I keep moving whether that be running, walking or crawling I’ve got to be aiming to be still going at the end. #ultrarunning#endurance#crazy
Happy Monday babes. I didn’t post at all last week, I had a stressful week and I definitely let it affect my workouts & diet. Soooo I’m starting this Monday out with a bang. Leg day routine ❤️❤️ Focus on your goals and start this week off strong.
I did 4 sets of 12 for everything
1.) cable squat into deadlift
2.) curtesy lunges
3.) split squat
4.)step and turn squats
5.) jump squats
I also recorded a killer circuit on the leg sled that I’ll share soon. ❤️
