Spaghetti Squash: not only delicious but it’s great for those meals that you just don’t feel like cooking 👌🏻 🍝
-preheat oven to 400
-cut spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Brush olive oil on inside of both halves and sprinkle with garlic salt.
-place facedown and bake for 30 minutes
-using a fork, spread the innards apart creating “noodle” like pieces
-top with your favorite toppings and sauce

Noodles that are both GF and actually have a great texture is the dream and #jovial got it right! If yours seem undercooked after boiling, just sauté them in a pan with some broth for a minute or two. I was so pleasantly surprised by these. First time making a ramen bowl! 🍲 I cooked half a brisket flat in my crock pot, which created a rich and flavorful broth. (Red wine, coconut aminos, fish sauce, rice wine vinegar, a few cups of water, garlic, #gingervitality oil, salt and pepper) My bowl has mushrooms, green beans, the Asian style brisket and broth, and rice noodles. Taylor wasn’t a fan of the noodles, but she loved the broth! Score!
Stir fry for dinner tonight. Got some @miraclenoodle from the store and fried it up with some meal-prepped veggies. Gettin that golden hour light in too and appreciating the 8 pm sunsets 🌅. Not sure if this egg is cooked but scrambled it up after the picture 😊. Happy Monday!!
Ever struggle with getting your spaghetti squash noodles to hold form and be long enough to be called noodles? Try this technique! 30 minutes in the stove, salted, at 400F. I love melting Kerry gold butter onto the noodles to make them rich and any sauce will do, especially one with coconut milk or raw cream and shrimp. Alguna vez probaste el zapallo de espagueti? Aveces es difícil que se mantiene su forma de fideo pero al horno así con sal por 30 minutos al 400F es la manera de hacerlo.
