So happy to be back on track. Last week was fun but I felt like 💩... some people may say I was strict when I was doing my 80 day obsession but to be honest no I wasn’t. 30 min to 60 min is a small amount of time compared to the 24 hours we have in the day.
As long as you take it 60 seconds at a time you can do anything! When I’m working out 🏋️♀️ daily and eating healthy 🥗 that’s when I feel my best. I don’t want to be skinny, just healthy and fit.
Some people look at me and think this comes natural... 🤔no it doesn’t! I have to work at it just like anybody else💁🏼♀️. I’m almost 30 and my metabolism slows down like everyone’s else.. but I’m in the best shape of my life, physically and emotionally. ✌🏻 ✨✨PS if I didn’t exercise, eat clean, drink water, get enough sleep and practice personal development I would be unhealthy too...
