Starting off this week slow, dreaming of what I want for myself and my business. I've learned that the best way to ensure success is not to dive into work first thing Monday morning but to take time to plan out my week, my tasks, and my schedule. By doing this, I actually save myself time by making sure I'm not just jumping from one thing to another without a plan in place. So just remember to take it slow...journal, meditate, pray, workout...whatever you need to do to set yourself up for success. ✨
Back to Day 1!! And if you thought it was going to be easy because you've done it before, you're sooooo wrong ;). I modified a bit to protect my back, but used heavier weights this time. I love my tracking sheets because it's amazing to see the difference from week to week and round to round. I used 8s and 10s last time and this time mostly 10s and 15s. Bands went from yellow to green.
But now I'm dying for my recover shake :). I'm so excited to hear how my fitclub girls did on their first workout!!
