I usually blow off promises to myself, but I do everything I can to keep promises to others. .
I never thought this was a bad trait (yes - annoying but not bad) until now.
By breaking promises to yourself, you are teaching your subconscious to flake out 😱😱
One way I’m going to start being better at promises is on 4/16 committing to working out a few times a week, #eatinghealthy daily & reading my #Biblestudy first thing!
