Growing up I wasn’t sure I would be able to hold down a job because I was struggling with depression so much so that life seemed impossible. I knew I wanted to be a stay at home mom but I also wanted to help people. I now am able to function a lot better but the one thing that still remains consistent is that I am a homebody with a passion to help others. I am at my best when I can do the things I love on my own schedule. What kind of career would allow me to do that?
I saw a friend posting about how happy she was living a life she loved while making an income as a stay-at-home mom. I messaged her immediately and told her to fill me in because I wanted to be a part of it. When she started describing it I thought to myself, “Wow, so I am literally making people happy with their body and life and being their friend”. From day one I knew that this person believed in me and wanted to see me succeed.
I have learned so much about myself through this amazing journey, and I continue to better myself everyday. I could not be more grateful to have learned about this opportunity because it has shown me I can achieve big things, I am capable of living a happy life, and I deserve to be healthy.
I am now paying that forward because I want to show others their worth and give them this amazing opportunity. I have opened up 5 spots to personally mentor you as you start this journey.

I keep having to tell myself this. After getting sick for weeks my body has just broken down. I have 29 days until my vacation. I need to get moving. So here’s to trying to workout tonight after work. Wish me luck!
Had so much fun yesterday at my very first powerlifting meet! This is the lift I’m the most happy about - 15 pound PR at 120kg/264lbs 2x body weight!
Ended up finishing 6th in the middleweight class with a 52.5/115.5 bench and 117.5/259 deadlift (felt super easy so I went for a 20lb PR and it was not the day 😑). Total: 290kg/638lb!
Big shoutout to all the volunteers working on making this such a great experience especially with the expo going on around us! Looking forward to competing again in August #wos18ec#usapl
Today @elisejcooper @sashabanki and I ran a half marathon to raise money for our excellent mate battling cancer. It was full on. It was so insanely cold and so insanely long. I had been battling a cough and was on bed rest for the week leading up to it. But I had to try. And I did but unfortunately didn’t make it all the way. I’m really proud of how far I got though. We’ve still got donations open, while I didn’t finish, Elise and Sasha SMASHED IT. Link in bio.
Happy Saturday 😊 I’m spending this rainy day curled up on the couch ☔️ Buuuut I wanted to pop in and let ya’ll know that there’s a new video on my channel 🙌🏼 Shocking, I know. But I’ve got a great at home upper body workout for you! 💪🏼 It’s been a while so to refresh your memory: link in bio ⬆️😂
