Not a day in Gym, I have always been intimidated by them! I started working out seriously the day I had very big set back on emotional level🙄 and started this relationship instead!
I thought I should share this! I have been called a lot of names by people to make fun of my body type, I didn't have a lot of confidence, Also the other side of Arey you are so lucky ya, Nonsense, I have to work harder!
I have given myself a lot of excuses, finances, diet, lifestyle, bla bla bla but nothing has helped me more then when I see myself look like this, this is a slow process but it happens 💪 I am a healthy person, don't bug me with gaining weight! 😐
Also, I am proud of myself and I am glad for the support of a lot of YouTube videos haha cheap scenes 😎😎 Its your body and you need to nourish it 🌸 That's me, I did that! Nothing makes it more worth it! Also peanut butter is 💘
Taking the day to try and catch up on some studying and hang out w my best friends on the couch. .
Still haven’t jumped all the way back into my routine since my funk last weekend (& dreading check ins where I have to admit it to coach), but trying to take some baby steps while also honoring what my mind/body want and need (w in reason) and also trying to live in the moment a lil. .
Still frustrated w the scale but actively working to try and not let it bother me as much before really getting back into my cut hardcore again bc I realize I was just setting myself up for failure due to my mindset not being where it needed to be.
Tried a new pre-workout today. Holy SHIT this stuff sent me through the roof! The crazy part is I only did half of what they recommend. They say 1 scoop for 8oz of water... I did 1 scoop with 16oz. My feet, arms, and face started tingling... got on the elliptical to burn it out of my system... I did a record number of cals at 535! From being way of balance, to Brooke and I laughing through it, to Brooke taking a break to give baby kisses, we worked together and got through it!
I had to adjust a ton today, even dropping all weights.
But we are done! And it was fun doing to with Brooke!
I even used her as motivation to keep going today, because she wasn't giving up so how could I?
The last week has flown by! I’ve spent most of my waking hours at work (so.many.steps) and when I’ve been home I’ve been sweating it out doing yard work and stuff around the house, squeezing in workouts where I can! This morning I managed to get outside for a fresh air workout before it got too hot. Total body workout with kettlebell and bands? Sounds like we’re starting Friday off right 💕
Peanut Butter Protein Balls

1 Cup protein peanut butter spread
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup dark choc chips
2-4 teaspoons water if needed
I saw this woman running around town. It's 80°, traffic is crazy, people are everywhere, she's a bit over weight and wearing tiny exercise clothing. And you know what I thought? "Damn girl. Get it. Good for you." The balls and confidence she had to be doing her thing and bettering herself without a care to any naysayers (and you know there were some).
