I don't buy Rotisserie Chicken often, but when I do .....the delicious possibilities are endless; they're fast, inexpensive, make chicken salad, tortillas, slice up for sandwiches. Delicious foundation for soups, casseroles, burritos, enchiladas and many other dishes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the rotisserie chicken from it's packaging and place it on a baking sheet or baking dish. I guess you could reheat the chicken up in microwave. I don't think it'll be tasty! Just don't overcook the chicken, which will toughen it.
