I am on the top end of this lean bulk. You have to be realistic to what is achievable naturally.
The pic on the right is me at my best, I haven't been like that in a while. I decided to start this lean bulk about 8 months ago. I've added about 15lbs total some Fat.
I have drastically gotten stronger since. I have made PRS in the gym weekly. I love being strong!
But realistically it makes no sense to get any bigger this year. So i will spend the rest of the year fine tuning this bigger size.
But come March 2019, I will surpass my best ever with hopefully more quality muscle.

Today im off to get my smear test done. Apparently its my third test ive had done but i don’t remember having one in 2015!!. I am having it done early (due in July) due to a few problems im having at the min so they just want to rule things out. I cant stressed how important it is to get your smear done. I agree it’s uncomfortable but it only takes a few mins. plus i dont think the nurse is bothered at the fact you havent shave etc theyve seen it all before. To be fair after what happened to me at the birth of my daughter i think everyone imaginable has seen down there. I would love to see Chloe grow up so yes i will be having these when i get called up. It takes 5 mins. So come on girls if your over due ring up and get it done ✅ simples!!! We shouldnt be embarrassed 😳 #savelives#smeartest#getitdone 😀

150kg x2 Squat after some wave loaded sets. After sustaining an injury squatting last year, squats have been an uphill mental battle. Even though I have been strong enough for a while and today's session felt physically awesome, it was certainly a huge psychological battle to work to this weight. While I have squatted a lot heavier in the past, the adaptations from this session will go far beyond building physical strength!! Building Confidence and Self Belief come in many shapes and sizes-- watch this space!
Last weeks FITFIX SHOUTOUT goes to Power Mum Michelle. With a 3 month holiday creeping up fast, she took to her running track at least 2-3 times a week, trained with me 3 times a week and played netball. Even with looming back pain and her forever pained elbow, Michelle pushed through and was determined to train as much as her body physically allowed her to do so. Even under physio orders and a strict “Mum schedule”, Michelle amended her runs to be more gentle and we substituted further exercises to keep her active without the fear of pain. She even got her kids involved by training them for their school cross country! How good is that???!
This Client of the week shoutout goes to Michelle as she symbolises the nature of “finding a way” even when injury or time becomes an issue she prioritises the need of training in a safe and suitable manner. Tuesday 8pm Below the Belt!! Really tough workout tonight! I broke up the workout into two parts, part 1 with Dumbbells/Barbells and Part 2 all body weight. In a way I followed the same theme for the day. I like to introduce different methods of training, like this one for example, where we start out with heavy weight and go into body weight as a finisher. Pretty sure everyone hated the second part more than the first. Awesome job everyone on powering through this one. It’s great to see how everyone is progressing as the weeks go on! Small hotel pool. It was a suck fest. Important part is I did my work. Relaxing in the pool is getting easier. It’s not easy. Just getting less hard. I’m working on embracing the fear & anxiety. That ended up with really frustrated text to my coach. Then got back in the pool to finish my workout. #girlwashyourface#noquit
Got legs done bright and early. Didn’t get to Post till now.
My daughter had been having some serious unexplainable rashes and seen a few docs with no answers.
Finally today they believe one rash is from lymph node drainage because they aren’t draining right . One is pretty swollen . They have no idea about her other rash . So one rash was partially figured out but no answer as to what is causing it all.
She had to have some blood work today and they are hoping it provides some answers. Just been a long few days since Friday at her first trip to the docs.
Scary when your child is sick and it’s unexplained and the doctors show how worried they are. Makes you worry more too.
So for now we have to watch her close for more symptoms and she was out on a extremely high dose of antibiotics.
Today was an extremely successful day. Why? Because #hakunamatata ... I’ve never had anything to worry about no matter the circumstance because I know my will and my team’s will to succeed. We do this for our families! 🔥🙏🏾 KNOW YOUR STRENGTHS AND BUILD YOUR WEAKNESSES. Find the willpower to WIN.
