I am so excited! These results are amazing and this new program launches next Wednesday!! I can't wait to try it out. Although I am doing better with nutrition, and pretty good with fitness, I know I need to change how I think about food!

Throwback Thursday 💪🙌🎉🎉 I don’t believe in diets, Anymore. I don’t believe in restriction, Anymore. I don’t believe in not eating enough the week before I go on vacation, Anymore.
Instead? I have learned how I FEEL when I eat certain things. I have learned that I love eating things that give me energy and my sugars not going all over the place. Which brings me anxiety. I have learned what balance means vs unnecessary indulgence that doesn’t serve me or my tummy. .
In the past?? I would have gone hog wild on a vacation . Gaining anywhere from 10lbs of bloat and feeling like CRAP
But this time, and now? I looked the same as when I left for Mexico. I enjoyed myself. Fully!!! .
We worked out almost daily, enjoyed long walks. We laughed our asses off. We played. We slept. I enjoyed the Tacos, (like daily) we ate dessert, I drank a shit Ton of bottled water. My outfits fit me the same when I tried them on before I left, instead of blowing up with the first tacos I ate. .
This life? Requires consistency, self love and self appreciation. Our bodies WANT to optimally function. They want to serve you!!!!
