It’s been a week, maybe the week of all weeks. And because of that, I’ve been literally too drained most days to even get my workout in. And I’m pretty sure that just made things even worse. So I made sure that I made today a productive day - starting the bulk phase of body Beast, but I’m going to replace it with the #gangstaawohl calendar. I love that routine! #awohlchestandback crushed. I seriously found the next level on most of the lifts, it was great. Im not an early riser, and sometimes there literally is no time in the day for me to get it done and today was one of those days!
From the time I got up at 7:30 its been non stop! Early morning appointment, work, running errands, shopping, dealing with traffic, more errands, dinner, tis the season right! However I refuse to let my excuses get the better of me and anytime during the day or night is always a good time to work on yourself, your health, and your goals! Besides I needed my sanity back, i needed to get to my happy place, and get to work, and wow do I feel amazing now after getting it done and working up a great sweat!

Not gonna lie, I have been in a funk, felt like I needed a break, and overwhelmed with life and added responsibilities all last week that kept me from pushing play and working out for a whole 7 days! Today however is a new week, and an opportunity to start fresh, and with only 2 full weeks left in 2017, I'll be damned if I dont push to challenge myself to finish this year just as strong as I started it!

The past 30 something days haven’t been my best. I’d have to say my workouts have been at about 90% and my nutrition about 80% on point.
I didn’t take any after stats because I didn’t want numbers to determine my feelings.
Today, I ❤️ what I see in the mirror. I am able to lift with 20lb dumbbells easier. I’m still not giving up!
Today it hit me, the reason why my mind has been so preoccupied. Now that i recognizes the “issue”, I can work past it and gear up to go all in with my next group.

Today was a quick core workout from my #gangstaawohl calendar, and I was happy that I felt stronger this week with some of the moves. I'm still really happy with my decision to follow this schedule! It has made a huge difference in my attitude 👍👍
I spent the first half of my Sunday being lazy (although I did throw together a pretty tasty breakfast for myself and my boys!) Just completed 50 minutes of #gangstaawohl Total Body, and now I can go back to being lazy! #bodybeast#bodybeastmode#beastmom
I have one more week left on my calendar for this workout.
I don’t know what my numbers are so far but what do i have are pictures. I also know that I am able to use 20lb weights now.
You can bet your ass I’m going all out for these next 7 days of #gangstaAWOHL and making sure my nutrition is at LEAST 90% on point.
Because when you dial in your nutrition and stick with your workout calendar, you WILL see the RESULTS!
Starting on the 20th I will be starting another round of a program that totally makes me feel like a bad ass.

Belated #SelfReflectionSunday / present #MotivationalMonday post! 💫
I never posted about this, but last Sunday I finished my latest workout program - a hybrid calendar, specially designed by #SagiKalev "The Beast" himself for his #BeastFamily , of his #BodyBeast and #AWeekofHardLabor workouts! This was such a new, challenging routine and I am so glad I did it! 🙌🏻 But why didn't I post about it sooner (or even along the way like I usually do)? 😳
Because for as tough as this calendar was physically, it was by far the most challenging mentally and emotionally for me.
I started this calendar during the second week of September, thinking I could knock out these four weeks (or less!) like nothing 😏 What I didn't know then though was that I was about to start working two jobs a day, leaving my house at 4am and not get back until 7,8, even 9pm at night, barely having time to sleep, and focusing more time helping others achieve their own progress and #goals than myself... 😞
But I learned too much from my Beast Family and #SagitheBeast himself to even think about quitting. So two or three workouts a week, around my long days, other jobs, and #halfmarathontraining runs, I kept chipping away at these workouts. 😅
Last Sunday, before leaving for our anniversary trip, I made sure to get up and finally complete out this Beast #GangstaAWOHL Hybrid. I pushed through and even made sure to #finishstrong by upping my weights to 20lbs/30lbs for my "light"/"medium" #pyramidsets . By the time I finished that last rep, I was literally holding back tears 👏🏻😭 I feel like this shirt, made special by a Beast Brother exclusively for our Beast Family, was definitely the most hard-earned shirt I ever got. I AM #STRONGENOUGH ! I AM #TOUGHENOUGH ! I AM #BEASTENOUGH to push through to the end, not give into the temptation to quit, and come out more resilient through it all!
Remember - It's not about how fast or "on time" you accomplish your goals.
