Guys, happiness is an inside job. I know you’ve heard it before but the older I get, the more apparent it becomes.
We hear it so often in the fitness industry, “ I’ll be happy when I loose 30 lb” or “ All I want is to deadlift x amount of weight”, then they do. They are no happier, infact, sometimes we are actually less happy.
Happiness must be internal, If you don’t enjoy the journey, happiness conected to the reward will be fleeting and shallow.

PAP works, ⠀
Post Activation Potentiation or PAP is a great primer for performance. PAP is a method of stimulating the nervous system and the muscluar system to produce optimal readiness. ⠀
Isometrics are a very easy way to implement PAP methods within a workout with minmimum fuss or setup and mimiziming fatigue. Here with the single leg pin pulls its just a matter of setting the bar beneath the j-hooks and aiming to pull the bar through the hooks with maximum intent for approx 5 seconds for 2/3 sets with 1min+rest.⠀
The difference is very evident with PAP if you swipe left you can see me performing a 4 rep single leg bound after the S- l pin pulls with a cone to measure difference between sets, the white cone was done as a baseline with minimal warm up and green cone after pin pulls. The breaks in the astro are 2metres. ⠀

Here is what Gary has to say: "The first picture was taken when I first started training with Dawid Geler.
Before I went to Dawid I didn't have the knowledge you needed to know, what way to train or what your diet should be like to achieve your goals.
I was bulky without and shape or definition. I wanted to get the so called "beach body" but I didn't know what was the best way to achieve this.
So I contacted Dawid, he helped me achieve my goal and some more.
That's why its worth it weight in gold to have someone by your side who has endless knowledge about training and nutrition.
The picture was taken coming up to a bodybuilding show where Dawid Geler coached me.
I think it's fair to say he transformed me from head to toe, not only body but my mind also.
I'v learned so much from Dawid, I also learned how to live a healthy lifestyle and how to feel better about myself mentally.
Learn how to listen your body to know when you need to take a rest, that's when your muscles fibers will recover and grow, if you over train you can plateau, get run down and slow down your progress.
Try and learn the right technique of an exercise before pilling on the weights, use a weight you are comfortable with or you won't be using the right range of motion which would mean you wouldn't be getting the most out of every rep and you could also injure yourself.
