A handful of you voted in a poll I shared on my IG stories yesterday... I asked if there was any interest in getting a glimpse of my creative process wrt in my work here on @Introvertlybubbly and my current project capturing a photostory for a picnic scene for a magazine that I’m excited to work with. I’m happy to share.
🤦🏽♀️ (I learnt about using these separators from following the crazy spark ball @alexbeadon who shares all kind IG deets. I hope it works)
I’m taking about the photostory project on Picnics that I’m working on if you’re following that is, in not there are a couple recent posts and a highlight on my IG stories where I’ve started documented this project.
So the next step as I mentioned is to take off my practical hat and take a walk on my ideas...rest, sleep on it.
And then I return. Return and incorporate elements I otherwise wouldn’t because of excuses and perceived constraints... 🙆🏽♀️ So far I’ve come with two things I’d like to incorporate... 1. is what I’d need help with and that is, picnic food ideas and 2. working with the local picnic company @picnicperfectltd, I discovered through @blessednelly. I decided to put all excuses aside and my introversion and approach Perfect Picnic Ltd. Well for many reasons two being because to be honest my picnic gear is kinda👎🏽 and because of their prior expertise and experience with picnics. I want to use this opportunity work with and highlight their services through this project. I’m very excited about this part. So there, that’s it for now. 🙍🏽♀️Now about these photos... I wanted to bake a galette since tasting one in 2015. I’m using mammey sapote I got from a coworker yesterday and about 3 recipes and some advise from my baker friend cause I know NOT what I’m doing... I’m adapting the recipes to make a mammey sapote galette for the picnic shoot. I intend to taste it, share it and hope it’s edible and yummy. Otherwise I have fruit, chips, wine, coffee, infused water on my list.
That’s all for now... enjoy. Swipe left to see the 10 photo story of my baking experience. The crust is in the refrigerator now. #seasonal#baking#picnic#trinidad
