I also thought it was crazy that the birds don’t move away from you when you are close, they are not afraid of humans. I have only experienced this with pigeons in the park 😂

When I visited the Galápagos islands I traveled from island to island on a pirate ship called the Sulidea. Unfortunately a few years after I cruised with this boat it sank. I will never forget how cool it was to sail around the archipelago with the great crew sipping a caipirinha while watching the sunset.
