La verdad es los helados caseros de frutas están deliciosos, sanos, naturales y libres de sufrimiento animal no pueden ser, ya que no llevan nada más que fruta 🙂
Éste en cuestión está hecho con mangos, plátano congelado y unas pocas frambuesas también congeladas.
Y la batidora se encarga del resto 😉

I had an interesting conversation about weight loss with the driver that drove me from the airport the other day.
We were chatting a little bit and he asked what I do. I explained that I help women lose weight in a pleasurable way.
Suddenly he became a bit hostile and started saying that the reason people don't lose weight is that they only feel sorry for themselves and they don't do anything about it. That it is easy to lose weight, you just have to be disciplined.
He was being all smart about it and quite honestly, I wanted to punch him in the face but I controlled myself and stayed perfectly calm.
I explained to him very clearly that he has no idea what is happening below the surface.
The inner battle.
How the extra weight acts like a protection layer.
How subconscious blocks act as a sabotage.
How nobody has no clue about that because nobody is telling them about this.
The extra weight on people's body and overeating are both JUST a symptom.
And the whole world is focusing JUST on the symptom. That's why people aren't getting long-term results. They aren't removing the real problem.
He listened. And it started to make a little more sense to him. He changed his stance on it.
But it made me sad for all the women out there struggling. This could be someone's husband, brother, father.
And if you are struggling and they are acting this way, telling you that you just need more discipline... It feels bad.
Let's show them a different way, ladies.
Masculine approach to weight loss: discipline, diets, restriction, goals, action, punishment (he was actually talking about that, geez). A feminine approach to weight loss: intuition, ease, pleasurable movement, trust, slowing down, enjoying more.

New personal goal!!! I’m a YES person! It frustrates me beyond belief! I’m getting better, but I quite often say YES and brew later. 😩 I have been researching more and more about learning to say NO!!! 🙅♀️ My new goal in life, to become a NO person!!! 🙌🙌🙌 Learning to say NO can be one of the greatest acts of self love. I say yes to my own detriment over and over and then I become resentful with my decision. 😔I have truly come to the realisation this week as part of my own personal growth I have to be able to say it. 🤩🤩🤩 I’m an extremely deep thinker and it can take days for me to process things, my first step is to say to people “I’ll get back to you on that!” 🧐🤔🧐Unless of course it’s life or death. 😷🤮🤢 Quite often we say yes when we mean to say no is to please people, but like I said to my partner this morning “I’m always saying yes, but nobody gives a hoot saying no to me.” 🦉 🦉 🦉
My time is valuable and I have goals, dreams and aspirations I want to achieve. 💪I have to start to value my time and value myself....it comes down to knowing your worth! 💍🧚🏻♀️💃 I’m a huge giver and at most times to my own detriment, I hurt easily and I’m extremely sensitive of others feelings because I don’t want others to feel upset with me. But after everything I’ve been through with people in the last 6 months I’ve realized at the end of the day I MUST put me first! 💃💃💃 This is a huge realization to me and I’m actually very happy to be working on this, look out world....prepare to hear a lot more NO’s. 🙅♀️🧚♂️🙅♀️ When you say yes when you mean to say no you are doing yourself a disservice, my aim is to find freedom within, I can’t be free with a yes mentality!!! 💕🙌💕

Today marked day 42 raw. 🌱 It sounds weird to say that after I had been raw for so long. But I know in my heart that every moment of my health journey has all happened to get me to where I am today and to lead me to where I’m going. 💕
I feel this time around is so different then before, I am more aware of the difference in how you feel on and off raw, 🧚🏻♀️I’m more in tune with my body then I’ve ever been and I’m so much more mindful now of the allergies I have to not just wheat but grains also, the poison to my body. 🤢
Had I not come off raw I wouldn’t have known this, I would have spent my life thinking “I’m sure I can eat that!” 🍔But I know that I can’t. 🙌 I know just how physically, mentally and emotionally ill I feel consuming grains and I am reminding myself daily of how dreadful I felt and why I can’t allow myself to go back there. 🙅♀️ I’m on a different path then I’ve ever been on, I know how to eat raw it’s not a learning curve for me I’ve just gone back to my raw habits I had already cemented. 🍓 Im putting my energy into self fulfillment, self growth and higher spiritual awareness.🙏 The last few months have been the calmest I’ve ever felt in my life, I can’t explain how much has truly lifted from my body and for the first time since I can remember, I’m starting to feel whole.
