Exercise's Purpose -Add years to your life -Have a strong healthy body

Exercise is not supposed to be: -Miserable
-Very painful
-A hassle - Leaving you feeling always too sore
- Unmotivated
- Lethargic
- A second thought
There is no right or wrong way when it comes to what you prefer to do with exercise. Of course certain types of exercise are preferred by different people who are related to specific training protocols. But try something new every now and then. The biggest factor is consistency. Do what it takes to be consistent. Take up to one hour out of your day 3-5x per week to focus on you and be active. You will thank yourself down the road!

Learning how to compress, limit, sidechain and how to use mastering tools before you learn how to properly select drums, just pushes you further away from your goals... it’s because it’s 100x’s easier to teach someone how to use a compressor than it is to teach someone how to be creative and/or talented. You working behind the scenes will allow you to see the entire business platform. Learn from other people's mistakes. Strength is based on your experience. It is the difference between quitting and standing strong. Atlanta is the place to be. The new Hollywood of the South. God will restore you x100 if you keep going. Do whatever you must do to rebuild your confidence. Be encouraging others to go for it again. Be that person whom is willing to show other people ' to only show strength. No one really cares what's on your resume all they really want to know is " Can you will you get the job done..... bang. Sometimes it's best to give up on old dreams,so that you can start pursing new ones. It takes a life time to bring all of your gifts & talents to life that is the key. The big ahhh- ha...moment! Working around people who also pushed hard to be here all supporting each other in a very different way. Think about this you start out in life working for money next you are working for more time it called" overtime because it pays you more money. Next youre working on some dumb ass job site, out in the open and it's cold as shit....are you sure YOU want to be here. Late nights early mornings 'all new people did it. I did it For 3 years. I tellem "Thats how you get in...now you look back and here comes the big jobs except you lose even more sleep. And you have no time for play..You will even lose friends at times most of all this business required you to work long hours with people who want to be here. Next you become one a team. Part of a team: Remeber you wanted to make movies. It's incredible thinking someone thought of every minute thats accounted for on this project way before the script hit the floor. All Events timed out to the teeeee. All of it starts out minute by minute next securing the film budget and hiringa crews with intellectual information needs dont forget the storyboards. Many many hours are invested way before you see what will be called the finished product and a note saying *people will pay big dollars,to see the work produce by people who want to make movies.. "Did he just say ' Work"produced by people 'Who want to make movies next" Yes head did. Now get yo ass...back to work. DP2 has a release date. Another Marvel Block Buster.shall gets its wings. " Hard work always pays off. Plus you will be charge to help and aid others. This summer it's film festival time. The big ones. Next comes "Miami and debt free living. Red snapper escovitch w/ red n green peppers fried grouper ribs & shrimps sum fresh veggies & mixed with mangos and a ice cold Mai Tai.
