@dankrauss and I were fortunate to take a quick trip to Jamaica last week. Erh I mean little Jamaica. Shit, I really mean the this sweet little watering hole under an interstate in the northwest corner of AZ 😅
More blessed moments from life on the road....
🌻-Blackheath Community Markets- great vibe, and almost zero by-product waste, thanks to the vision & integrity of lovely market coordinator, Marina. 🙏 We met some great beings, including one guy who lived just up the road, who gave us his address and told us his door was never locked, and that we were welcome to come anytime to take a hot shower, use the washing machine or do whatever we like (such openness and generosity always makes my heart sing, thank you brother!)
💧-The amazing coffee man, Greg, told us about a hidden freshwater spring, and drew us a map of how to get there (he also gifted us a bag of coffee which I think was the best I have ever tasted). After driving around, getting lost, and giving up hope of finding this spring... We found it! 😉😂
Literally a little oasis in the middle of the bush, a spout of pure, sweet, fresh water just trickling from the heart of the mountainside... Divine & absolutely delicious! Beneath it lies a trough that was carved into the sandstone by convicts and early settlers some hundreds of years ago.
There is something so magical about springs. They are such a tangible reminder of nature's benevolence. It's like this constant, eternal OUTPOURING of life-sustaining nectar. And the spring doesn't decide who to bestow it's flow on... It flows for all... A wasp, a lizard, a fern, a human... "Good" or "bad" it doesn't care, it gives to all.
And expects nothing.
It just flows. It is free.
This spring is my Guru. 🙏💧😊🍃
