From earlier this evening... Run tonight. Short one. Still trying to build up to more and, quite honestly, I have a short window to workout in between daylight ending and Donny needing to get homework done.
This is a case of my mile split not representing how the run went. The first 0.75 miles I felt *really* good. Like "hey this running thing is enjoyable" good while running what, for me, would've been a PR pace if I had sustained it a whole mile (avg was low to mid 9s, with a peak of 8:56)...but then I came to a really big hill, hit a really big wall, and got a really big reminder that it's early in the season yet😂
I'll take the finding the run enjoyable on Day 2 thing though👍
