A rare sight of unique festival of Losar spent over Hanu this January. After coming from Antarctica, i flew straight to Ladakh for @Dawn And when i got to know this unique festival of Losar happening i rushed to the Aryan Village. .
-15 degree, with alcohol and spitball sight during hand by hand. This was the first time a outsider was among the gouda of aryans in this aupiscious festival. .
It was not easy for me to shoot the entire event as my batteries were dying and the eyes were staring more and more. The spiritual tension residing the devil was far more strong and it was all inside everyone, apart from the outsider which was me. I kept my nerve and took a corner to see this. In a while, i was the centre of attracting that night with all the eligible women looking after me, and boy i was so happy. .
Nights like this makes you realise how unique this world is and how i have to travel day and night out to witness all of them. .
The stunning limestone mountains that tower over Vang Vieng are riddled with caves of all kinds. Some are large with spectacular stalagmites and stalactite formations, while others are smalls you can barely squeeze inside. #laos
Omg 80 days done!
I remember when I said "yeah I'll do this new 80 Day program" and then thinking "holy shit that's a long time". But I'm done! Thanks for commenting, watching, liking, and joining in with me! 💛💜💚💙
I'm starting again in 2 weeks. Ya in? 🤗🤳
Keen to get back on the ski slopes! Big thanks to @juliaeshleman for being a fantastic ski instructor, very patient in the hours she spent teaching me to stop, start and wedge down the mountain! #montana#bigmountain#ski#wedge
Everyone has told me how stunning New Zealand is. It’s one thing to hear it and another to really be there, to feel it, to experience it. It’s so unspoilt here and the kids have been spending time in the wild, kayaking, climbing trees and making fires. And one of our most memorable stays so far is this place, Fossickers Hut. There is no internet here. Not just factually, but philosophically also. There is no distraction, no electronic bells or whistles chiming, no comments section. We’ve written a post about our incredible stay there on our blog (link in bio).
PS here’s Ben kayaking along the Wakamarina River one morning, before he got totally drenched 😂

And that’s the end of our US adventure for 2018!! (Though I’ll still be sharing more photos in the days to come 😊) Grateful to have the best hubby who tanked all the driving, indulged me in my need for taking nice photos, fed me & paid for my shopping hehe! I love you more than anything 💗 #baconandprata#baconandpratatravels#coachella#coachella2018
At night before bed I write down all of my thoughts, all of my dreams, and I thank God for everything he has given me and I ask him to please keep blessing me with these experiences, with these people, with these ideas and with love. Xoxo, sweetdreams.
Love getting surprised by little roadside gems. We had seen this place in images on Instagram over the past few years, and managed to come across it while playing tourist in Arrowtown, New Zealand. Couldn’t help but stop for a quick photo. Not show here also is the car I spent way too long having to photoshop out 😑
