👆🏻 This is me!! I desperately want to lose a few lbs and feel much happier with my body but I love food and can’t stop eating food!!
I definitely realise how unhappy I am with myself when it’s hot weather like last week because I don’t feel comfortable wearing less clothes! I didn’t even want to wear a little cami style top with jeans last week (which my wardrobe mostly consists of) because I felt too self conscious and flabby around my arms etc!
And I remember how I hated the heatwave we had last summer so much for the same reasons!
So I really really want to drop a few pounds over the next couple of months so I can actually embrace (for once) any potential heatwaves we may get!!! ☀️
It was truly a beautiful day yesterday. We went to the beach just down the road from our place and it marks the first time that we’ve done so this year.
It’s been so bitter cold that I’ve been avoiding the outside world. It’s almost May and it should be Spring weather over here in our neck of the woods. I mean just last week it was snowing eeeeekk.
But super grateful that things are looking up. Do you practice gratitude?
We took the dog for a game of fetch, boy does he run fast! And we stayed till sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine. How did you spend your Sunday and did you do anything for earth day?

21.00 (otrok spi), vse kar je ostalo od njegove večerje + vse svinjarije, ki so v omari + kozarec vina, čokolada in premišljujem, če si naročim pizzo al naj si naredim sendvič z ogrsko in majonezo.
Razen, če nisi iz vesolja ali bolehaš za anoreksijo, je to NORMALNO, draga . :) Ni treba, da je tako vsak dan, če pa kdaj je pa pač je.
Lahko smo vsi pametni, kako je treba jest, kaj je najbolj optimalno, ampak, ko grejo otroci spat (tega ne razume nihče, ki jih nima), že pri zadnjem poljubčku razmišljaš, kako se boš zapodila v hladilnik 😂
Je to prav? Ni prav, vse raziskave pravijo, da ni prav, ampak raziskave ne upoštevajo, da se mi je danes tamal vrgel 3x na tla in trmaril, raztrgal 3 hlače, da sem se 1uro matrala z večerjo, ki jo ni niti povohal, na koncu pa stisnil celo zobno pasto v lijak. In potem naj si delam popolno večerjo? Ne danes ne. Mogoče jutri, ko bo tamal spet priden. Danes pa ne.
Včasih pač ne morem. Večinoma se potrudim, saj je od tega odvisna moja energija naslednji dan, danes pač ni tak dan🤷🏼♀️ Se strinjaš? Pa ti, kakšni so tvoji večeri?

On another note I'm feeling really well with my workouts.
I'm getting stronger and feeling better.
I have notice I'm stuck on the same weight and it's been about 4 weeks, yes I'm doing good with the exercise but the fuel for my body is off and it's so hard for me to eat right I'm a late night snacker and I eat when I'm bored, sad, happy and just about any mood.. lol cause I LOVE FOOD! ❤ (always)!! 💕 I'm in love with drinking water it's my go to now 😀💦 it's very easy to just drink water for me. I need to find a good healthy cook book! 🤔 I'm thinking about tracking everything I eat so I'll know when to stop. I hope to have better control over this I just know I need to keep up with it. My mind is just not good at telling my mouth to stop chewing lol I hate over eating but I do it because I'm not in control of it.
