Experienced the inaugural Phoenix Night Market event. Thank you fellow igers for the tips! Everything went smoothly and was a pleasant experience. The food vendors and staff were friendly. Wanted to try them all but my belly was ay its max.😆 1. Matcha Delight (green tea waffle with vanilla ice cream, mochi, strawberries and chocolate drizzle) at Genbu. The hubster who isn't really into bubble waffle devoured three-quarters of it. At least he left me one strawberry.😂; 2. Spicy Tuna Nachos @pokehale. So refreshing with the 95°F weather today!; 3. Takoyaki at Takoyaki. Scrumptious!; 4. Lemongrass Beef Skewers (with papaya slaw) at Khmer Kitchen. They weren't ready at opening and were so nice to give us two additional free skewers for waiting. It was worth it!; 5. Khmer Red Curry (with fresh baguette); 6. Classic Kuro Milk Tea (activated charcoal + horchata milk tea) and The Rosé (raspberry + peach + white tea + aloe vera). Both drinks were good but The Rosé was just phenomenal!; 7. Lotus Cookies at Happy Buns#foodphotography#yum#yumm#yummy#nom#noms#protein#nomnom#nomnomnom#hungry#greentea#goodfood#beautiful#foodblogger#delish#piccollage#awesome#igfood#picstitch#instagram#eat#eating#healthychoices#healthyliving#photo#health#bbq#me#seafood#fruit
Spring cravings -
as warmer temps finally return & all begins to bloom, I love to graze from the garden. Pecan humas with flecks of pepper & spice. Theses vibrant veggies were beautifully arranged on a simple white dish and distressed white wood table background, with selective focus to bring attention to the dip. Technical details: Nikon d850 DSLR digital camera, 105 Nikon macro lens, 1/800 shutter speed at f 4.0 iso 800 handheld. Mirrors reflect light back into the humas from window light scrimmed with diffuser panel.
