Aloo Gobi maharashtrian style!
I tempered groundnut oil with mustard seeds & asafoetida, then added chopped onions and tomatoes & cooked until they softened. Then went in potatoes, cauliflower & peas along with the magic ingredient, Mums @snehalrb17 homemade masala!
